| With the development of urban modernization in Qingdao,the demand for urban construction is increasing,and the urban renewal is becoming a major part of Qingdao construction.Many contents of urban renewal in Qingdao City,the old community transformation has gradually become an important focus of community residents living in the old community transformation related to the vital interests of the residents vulnerable group,and community transformation project operation in the quality,directly related to the city construction and economic development.Through the lots of literature research found that the current transformation of the old community is still very little research,so the subject of low-income old community transformation design method for the entry point for more in-depth and systematic research.The study is based on the construction of the last century 70 to 80 years of residential,after nearly 40 years of use,the community,whether it is building or community environment has been dilapidated.At the same time the old community itself also has a low income of community residents,building volume rate is higher,property rights are complex,backward management,private and chaotic construction serious,easy to breed neighborhood disputes and potential crimes.In addition,such communities are often in the central area of the city,there are real costs of demolition costs are extremely expensive,especially in large cities and mega-cities,they will be overturned almost impossible.In this case,the study attempts to study the external environment of Nanning Road community as a basis for research,to explore the old community transformation of the new design method entry point.The study of the development history,architectural features,resident characteristics and external environment shape of Nanning Road community was carried out by means of literature review,static observation method and visit to residents.Found that the cause of Nanning Road community outside the environment of the reasons for the status quo,in addition to the community itself is old,but also by the Nanning Road community development history,residents living habits,the overall low income and other factors caused by residents.Then,the study summed up our current strategy of the transformation of the old district,found that the current transformation measures can only be a temporary solution,can not do community residents to the results of community improvement.Therefore,the paper introduces the new design method for the transformation of the old community,and introduces in detail the strategies of urban renewal,acupuncture and moxibustion,public participation and so on,and focuses on the aspects of community image and Focusing on the external environment and other comprehensive transformation design method,through the author to participate in the Nanning Road community transformation project,to use examples to verify the advantages of design methods.The research results of this paper will play a certain reference role in the comprehensive improvement of old community environment. |
