| Due to the lack of conditions and backward concepts,the township planning for the oasis county has been missing for a long time,the rural residential land in the oasis area is abused.With the implementation of the Policy of Linking the Increase and the Decrease of Rural-urban Construction Land,the problem of rural residential consolidation are gradually receiving attention.This paper takes Kuqa County,Xinjiang as a research area,uses the collected land use data,DEM data,and statistical data to calculate the consolidation potential and define timing zones;evaluate the suitability of the layout of rural settlements;adjust the layout of rural settlements with the help of geographic optimization simulation software.To provide a reference for the consolidation of rural settlements.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Comprehensive per-capita construction land standard method,per-household construction land standard method,urban system planning method,analytic hierarchy process method.The index is selected by comprehensively considering the four factors of nature,economy,land use,and spatial differentiation characteristics of rural settlements that affect the remediation potential of rural settlements.According to the multi-factor index evaluation method,the theoretical potential of the current rural settlement renovation in Kuqa County is 8830.93 hm~2,it accounts for 60.52%of the total area of rural settlements in the county.The actual potential of the current rural settlement renovation in Kuqa County is 3226.09 hm~2,it accounts for 22.11%of the total area of rural settlements in the county.The spatial distribution of the actual potential of various townships is characterized by the central part being higher than the western part and the eastern part,among them,9 townships require priority consolidation,and 3 townships belong to the second-priority consolidation area.Only Tarim township has the lowest consolidation urgency.(2)Based on GIS spatial analysis,compare the changes in land use in Kuqa County in 2014 and 2016.Combining GIS and landscape pattern index,quantitatively and qualitatively analyze the shape characteristics and landscape pattern characteristics of rural settlements in Kuqa County,and summarize the three spatial distribution forms of rural settlements in Kuqa County:block shape,strip shape and scattered shape.Besides,an evaluation index system for the suitability of rural residential area layout based on the analytic hierarchy process was constructed,and the suitability of the rural residential area layout in the county was obtained.The results show that the development of rural settlements in Kuqa county is in turn restricted by the central townships,the ecological environment,the road-water systems,and the topography.The settlements tend to be concentrated toward the central townships and surrounding road-water systems.The types of rural settlements consolidation are divided into control type,absorption type,and demolition type.(3)Based on the layout suitability of rural settlements,coupled with the idea of the ant colony optimization algorithm,a layout optimization model of rural settlements in Hanikatamu Township,Kuqa County was constructed.Geo SOS geographic optimization simulation software was used to obtain layout optimization results.Comparing the rural settlements before and after optimization,it is found that after optimization,they are concentrated towards the central villages and villages with large patch areas,the phenomenon of fragmentation was significantly improved as well.Some rural settlements are shifting to more suitable areas,and the overall characteristic is Land tightening and orderly layout.Achieved the purpose of optimization. |
