| Under the background of new urbanization, government departments,related industries and academia attached great importance to the rural settlement spatial layout optimization.For a long time,China’s rural construction land had been in extensive use,which not only was resulted in the waste of land resources,but also was not conducive to the healthy development of rural areas.Therefore, rural settlement spatial layout optimization can save land resource, improve rural living environment, adapt new organization pattern of agricultural production scale,community life and promote rural sustainable development.It is of positive significance.In this paper, selecting Zhuzhai town in Pei county as the research object.Zhuzhai town was located in the plains of northern of Jiangsu area. Economic development was relatively backward, but rich in agricultural resources, which was characterized by the development of ecological agriculture and agricultural facilities.At present, there were many problems in rural settlement areas, such as small population size, a large number, uneven distribution,large-scale land per capita, confusion of internal structure and function, hollow phenomenon obviously, and inadequate public facilities.Through the detailed research and analysis of Zhuzhai town settlements, judging workforce is in agriculture and the trend of development is the first slow then fast.Therefore,from the view of aggregation guidance and avoiding large-scale demolition, using analytic hierarchy process, Delphi method, GIS method and factor analysis method, evaluating comprehensive evaluation of development potential of natural village and administrative village.Combining with the method of public facilities service radius and radius of cultivated land can determine the center of the village and the gathered village.Finally, making Zhuzhai town rural settlements spatial layout optimization.From the macro level,layout optimization scheme of Zhuzhai town rural settlement areas is put forward.From the middle point,rural residents is divided into three categories. From the micro level,four kinds of optimization model is put forward.It is to offer a reference for similar general town. |
