With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the requirements for environmental protection quality are also constantly improving.Central heating,on the other hand,is favored by many people for its good heating quality,high heating efficiency and low environmental pollution.With the continuous development of China’s cities and the acceleration of urbanization,central heating has been realized in most urban households.According to the analysis of the urban central heating system,it mainly USES the function of pipeline to transfer the heat generated by the heat source to the user’s home to provide the heat energy for the user.However,in the actual heating process,the heat network will be affected by many factors,resulting in hydraulic imbalance,heat loss and other problems.How to solve these problems effectively has become an urgent matter for heating companies.In this context,this paper studies the central heating system.In this paper,the operating state of the pipe network of the central heating system during operation is firstly analyzed to understand the energy consumption of the pipe network during operation,and then a targeted energy saving scheme is proposed for the pipe network during operation,so as to better realize energy saving and consumption.At last,this paper also predicts the energy saving effect of the energy saving scheme and determines the specific energy saving situation.In this paper,the central heating system in a city is investigated on the basis of real understanding of the network parameters and network transport data during the operation of the system.Then the hydraulic balance degree,transport efficiency and other related problems in the system are analyzed,and the energy consumption phenomenon generated in heating is studied.Then effective measures are taken to ensure the balance degree in heating network and improve the heat transport efficiency of the network.At the same time,this paper also analyzes the operation efficiency of the pipe network after transformation from the perspective of energy saving,and finally calculates the specific energy saving effect of the energy saving scheme proposed this time.According to the energy saving scheme for the prediction of the central heating system to run in the three phase variable flow regulating mode,in this kind of operation mode under the article also installed at the entrance of link of primary side for balancing valves in the system,and on the current insulation scheme of system adjustment,improve insulation performance,finally the whole central heating system in a complete heating season can save coal under 26480.9 tons,80727 tons of demineralized water,has a good energy-saving performance.Finally,in order to further determine the operation efficiency of the heating network after the transformation,this paper also calculated from the social,environmental and economic aspects to analyze the energy saving benefits that could be realized after the transformation.After the analysis,it can be determined that the central heating system can play a better heating efficiency after the energy saving transformation in this paper,and the energy saving effect is good,which is expected to save heating enterprises more than 12.03 million yuan of profits.This shows that the energy saving scheme proposed after the energy saving renovation can effectively improve the operation performance of the central heating system pipe network,and the energy saving effect is good,which can be applied in the actual central heating system.
