From the" Eleventh Five-Year Plan " to the" twelfth Five-Year Plan ", ourgovernment has been implementing energy saving and emission reduction, andconsidering energy-saving transformation projects of the heating system in the "ThreeNorth" area as the most important task. Meanwhile, the government has introducedvarious incentives to encourage energy saving.Central heating system is a complex project which is closely comprised of the heatsource, the transmission and distribution network and heat users.Under normalcircumstances, the heating pipe network is a dynamic fluid network and is in dynamicequilibrium, whose operation condition is affected from some factors whichincludes indoor and outdoor environment, run-time section, construction and equipmentmanufacturing. Hydraulic imbalance and heat loss of pipeline transmission are commonphenomenon in heating pipe network. Therefore, it is key issues heating industry andgovernment faces how to improve the hydraulic balance of the pipe network, to reducetransmission heat loss of the pipe network, to improve the economic, security andstability of the pipe network, to improve the heating quality.In this paper, investigate the central heating system in Xinjiang Medical University.During the2009-2010heating season, the operating conditions of the three typicaldistricts secondary pipe network in this heating system is detected and evaluated.According to the detection principle of hydraulic balance, transport heat loss efficiencyand rate of water makeup in "residential building energy efficiency test"(JGJ/T132-2009), test he supply and return water temperature, flow of heat water, flowof water makeup in three community second pipe network. Meanwhile, after processingand analyzing data, calculate hydraulic balance with the help of mass of data thatXinjiang Medical University heating service centers provide and find that the secondarypipe network hydraulic imbalance in three district is serious.Calculate transport heatloss efficiency of Donglu district, Fuli district and Beilu district are25.1%,12.6%,12.9%.They can not meet the requirement (less than10%) in the testingstandards.Calculate rate of water makeup of Donglu district, Fuli district and Beiludistrict are25.1%,12.6%,12.9%.They can meet the requirement (less than0.5%) in thetesting standards. Consider the minimum DongLu Community as object of modification incommunication with the Xinjiang Medical University heating service center. Proposethree transformation programs according to the results of analysis. To determine theoptimal transformation program, detailed theoretical explanations and economicanalysis of the three programs are elaborated.Meanwhile, evaluate the environmentaland social benefits the optimal transformation program will bring about.In this paper, under basic theoretical analysis, test and analysis relevant parameterof the heating system in Xinjiang Medical University, and propose optimaltransformation program to provide a reference for the subsequent energy-saving heatingsystems.
