Central heating is the main form of urban winter heating in north China.The main problems in operation are old pipe network,fast update speed,hydraulic maladjustment of the system,excessive energy consumption,frequent pipe burst accidents,and failure to guarantee stable operation.It is a powerful way to solve the problem of energy consumption of central heating to transform the existing central heating system with modern information technology.On the basis of reading a large number of relevant literatures and theoretical research,this paper studies the intelligent control system of central heating based on the basic theories of intelligent control,central heating,heating network and automatic control.Taking the intelligent control platform construction of a central heating system in the cold region of north China as an example,the application effect was studied and evaluated.According to the actual situation of central heating system,the control method of "valve-pump combination" is adopted on the distributed basis by using the research methods of investigation method,empirical research method,theoretical research method and field measurement analysis method,which is applied to the intelligent information control system design of central heating network.It includes the design of intelligent heating network control platform and distributed heating scheme,and analyzes the role of automatic control strategy and expert evaluation system in the intelligent control system.This paper discusses the operation management of energy-saving control system from two aspects:management system and operation regulation control.Through data comparison and analysis,it is concluded that the application of intelligent control system can achieve the goal of energy saving under the premise of meeting the standard of indoor temperature,and the direction and potential of further energy saving development are prospected.In the application analysis of energy saving transformation,combining the operation data of the energy saving transformation project in three consecutive heating periods,the operation data before and after the transformation are compared to analyze the system operation and energy saving effect.The system display data is consistent with the measured operation data,which verifies the predictability,stability,controllability and economy of the intelligent control platform.Through the statistics of the measured data of energy consumption in each year,the energy consumption amount and energy consumption index in each year are obtained to verify the energy saving effect.Data comparison of annual coal consumption and electricity consumption and statistics of customer complaint rate.After the intelligent heating system is put into use,the complaint rate of users has been greatly reduced.The primary network saves 32.72%of electricity consumption,and the heat exchange station saves 17.83%of electricity consumption.During the 2016-2017 heating period,compared with the 2014-2015 heating period,the heat source output unit heat consumption decreased by 12.5%.In the distributed pump system,the heat source can be adjusted by adjusting the fuel.In the heat exchange station,the indoor and outdoor temperature is the temperature correction coefficient,and the average temperature of the secondary network is the constant value to compensate the throttle loss of the valve system compared with the designed value,which can effectively reduce the energy consumption of the system.Based on the study of the application of intelligent control system of the central heating system,improve the level of the automation management of the central heating system,saves the manpower,effectively solve the increasing heating system,heat transmission capacity is insufficient,a network hydraulic disorder and the high energy loss problem in the operation of heating,the heat supply network hydraulic balance adjustment no longer depend on the operating personnel’s technical level and more safe and reliable.The application of intelligent control system can realize the precise control of central heating system,energy-saving heating and self-heating,effectively improve the energy efficiency,significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions,reduce environmental pollution.On the basis of ensuring that the indoor temperature of users is up to standard,the heating cost and investment benefit can reach a reasonable state.
