This paper introduces the characteristics of thermal conditions, dynamic, regulation and heat exchange station of the central heating pipe network, according to the characteristics, the monitoring and controlling system will monitor and control, and solve the problem of hydraulic imbalance in the central heating system, pipeline leakage problem.etc, thereby reducing the energy consumption of heating pipe network.Set monitoring point in the heat source,the heat exchange station, the heating pipe network, and the entrance of thermal users to monitor the flower,the pressure and the temperature at any time and track the heating network. Setting monitoring point in the heating pipe network and monitoring the pressure of the heating pipe network can dynamic display the pressure of the heating pipe network, and it also provides a theoretical basis of judging the leaking drip and adjusting the pipe network. In order to monitor the saving-energy effect of the heating pipe network, the monitored-control system uses the collected data to analysis the energy efficiency. It analyses the HER, the coefficient of water transportation, the rate of water replenishing, the passing-percent of the indoor temperature, the transmission-efficiency of the outdoor pipe network and the coal consumption of per unit area etc. It judges that the energy-saving operation of the heating pipe network is in the normal range. If not, it can also determine which links the problem, and make prompt and record.It develops the energy-saving and monitoring heating pipe network system with the application of the software of LabVIEW. The system transmits data based on GPRS wireless technology. The monitoring system with data acquisition has the function of drawing the curve of real-time date and querying the history data. The monitoring system has the alarm function, and it can protect the equipment of heating pipe network. The monitoring system also has the function of energy consumption analysis, and detect whether the heating network operating in the state of energy saving. |
