Accompanied by the rapid growth of the heating construction area,the central heating has become the main way of urban heating. The heating energy consumption not only become the main part of the building energy consumption,but it is also the lagest part of the energy saving potential.Especially the implementation of heat metering technology,heat users can maintain the desired indoor temperature through the autonomic regulation.Thefore, the central heating pipe network is no longer suitable for adopting the pure quality regulating mode.The urgent task of heating industry is to carry out the energy-saving technological for central heating pipe network,and it is also the main object of study in this paper.In the premise of taking the quality-quantity comprehensive adjustment as the optimal heat regulating mode,the paper analyzes the flow adjustment that is based on outdoor temperature compensation and autonomic regulation of heat users,then establishes the corresponding mathematical models of flow adjustment.According to the characteristics of the central heating pipe network, it analyzes how to adopt the appropriate hydraulic balance technology. The paper studies the variable frequency control mode of circulating water pumps through analysing the effect on hydraulic condition of heat users active regulation when using different pressure control point.Power consumption of circulating water pump is the main part of transmission and energy consumption of distribution in the heating pipe network. The main factors directly affecting the energy consumption of frequency conversion water circulating pump is the total efficiency of inverter and AC motor. The speed ratio of frequency conversion water circulating pump should be controled in the reasonable range by analyzing the fluence of speed ratio on the total efficiency of inverter and AC motor.Based on the simplified physical model of central heating pipe network, the mathematical models for important parts are established by using the specific heat particle method.The corresponding simulation modules are establish by usingSimulink customization module and encapsulation function, and the simulation module library of central heating pipe network is created. In order to reduce the energy consumption of transmission and distribution,quality-quantity comprehensive adjustment method should be optimized. By carrying out simulation experiment about the quality adjustment of secondary pipe network and optimized quality-quantity comprehensive regulation of secondary pipe network in the cold stage of Shijiazhuang heating season,the paper analyzes the influence on the thermal characteristics of heating pipe network. Experiments show that circulating pump energy consumption of the whole heating season will be reduced by 15% and the average temperature value of supplying water of secondary pipe network will be higher when adopting the optimized quality-quantity comprehensive regulation.
