| In recent years,with the increasingly prominent problems of environmental pollution,urban central heating more and more people’s attention and universal application.Centralized heating is a multivariable,long time delay and non-linear complex system,including the heat source heat output and the heat distribution of the two reasonable distribution of heat.As the traditional control of heat and heat network is mostly decentralized control,can not real-time,accurate and comprehensive analysis of heat and heat network operation,resulting in the actual heating operation has produced a lot of problems,such as lack of heating,uneven distribution of heat,centralized management of low levels of automation and a serious waste of energy,which to some extent limit the development of central heating.In this paper,based on the status quo and problems of central heating in B city,this paper discusses the optimal operation and energy saving of urban central heating by exploring the application of multi-heat source network operation,distributed frequency conversion system and heating metering technology to promote urban concentration heating development.First of all,multi-heat source network operation of the hydraulic and thermal process is quite complex,the difficulty of running scheduling doubled.For the heat source of the multi-heat source,it is necessary to study and analyze the hydraulic process,heat load change and heat source scheduling of the multi-heat source network to optimize the operation and realize the stable heating.Secondly,through the research and application of the distributed frequency conversion pump heating system,it is advantageous to optimize the heating effect,save energy and reduce the running cost for the built heating system without adding new heat source and not expanding the scale of the heating network,To adapt to changes in heat load and other aspects of the change;for new projects in the design and construction of a sound energy-saving heating system has a reference value: to promote the smooth change of heat is of great significance.Thirdly,based on the prevailing approach to calculating the amount of hot money by area,the development of the industry has been hindered,and the management efficiency is low and the social benefits are poor.So the "prepaid" as a highlight of the characteristics of the smart card heat meter and wireless remote heat transfer table is getting higher and higher.Household metering heating system can be set by the heat meter and temperature control valve to heat the heating capacity to meet the needs of residents,residents need to adjust the heating,to improve the quality of heating purposes,is China’s current economic level and heating needs to vigorously promote the status quo of the measurement fees,more user-friendly use,the rational use of energy,promote energy conservation,to achieve scientific management,with good social and economic benefits. |
