| Since my country implemented the major national policy of reform and opening up in the late 1970 s,my country’s overall comprehensive national strength and socio-economic strength have successfully entered an unprecedented rapid development process for decades.During this period,the power industry,regarded as one of the most important basic industries in my country,has made great contributions to safeguarding the development of the national economy.Under this premise,whether the performance management of a power supply company is sound,whether the mechanism is reasonable and advanced,all play an important role in the power supply company’s own business conditions,but also determine whether the organizational structure and business model of the entire power industry are effective.run.From the perspective of the company itself,advanced performance management methods can improve the entire power supply system and the company’s organizational performance,enhance the company’s production capacity,and achieve the company’s strategic goals to provide customers,especially power companies,with better services.The healthy and sustainable development of the entire power supply system and enterprises;from the perspective of the industry situation,as the National Development and Reform Commission continues to advance the “electricity reform”step by step,the national electricity sales market has been fully liberalized and the energy demand form has changed.Monopoly power supply companies are currently facing major challenges.Therefore,power supply companies and even the entire power supply system are in urgent need of effective optimization of corporate performance management.This research topic focuses on Y Power Supply Company as the main research object,using literature research methods,questionnaire survey methods and other research methods to conduct in-depth investigation and synthesis of the current basic status of Y Power Supply Company’s performance management and existing problems.Analyze,summarize and put forward a set of corresponding solutions to performance optimization problems and specific safeguard measures.First,the thesis briefly introduces the basic management overview of the current Y Power Supply Company’s organization,operation,organization,and personnel structure.Secondly,with a variety of scientific research methods for enterprises,a detailed actual investigation and data analysis of the performance management status of Y Power Supply Company are carried out to find out the problems existing under the current performance management system.Then,according to the characteristics and development strategy of the power supply company,the KPI method is applied to solve the problems in the performance management of Y Power Supply Company in the promotion,process,and indicators,and a set of performance management optimization solutions are proposed.Finally,in order to ensure the sustainable progress of performance management optimization,the performance management optimization guarantee measures in line with Y Power Supply Company are proposed,and the closed loop of the entire study is completed,so that Y Power Supply Company’s performance management becomes sound,reasonable and sustainable.In addition,the exploration and research on performance management of Y power supply company in this paper can be used for reference and reference for other power supply companies at the city level to optimize their own performance management. |
