| For enterprises,if they want to achieve sustained and healthy development,they must take performance as an important foundation for themselves.Performance appraisal is a crucial part of the performance management process,and it is also an important means to maximize the potential of internal personnel.Find out the actual quo in the process of enterprise development and the completion of various indicators in the process of operation,explore the existing problems in performance appraisal,scientific and reasonable performance appraisal work can improve the overall performance level of the enterprise,so that the development goals of the enterprise can be successfully realized.During the analysis process,this article conducted research on the performance evaluation of grass-roots employees in functional department of D power supply company through literature research,other methods,and questionnaire survey.Firstly,the relevant theoretical foundations and commonly used methods of performance evaluation were elaborated and analyzed.Subsequently,it further studies the status quo of grass-roots employees in functional department of power supply company appraisal in D city,including the overall situation of performance appraisal of D power supply Company and the current situation analysis of performance appraisal of grass-roots employees in functional departments of D power supply Company.Lastly,through a questionnaire survey,it was found that there are four main problems in the process of employee performance evaluation in D power supply company,the implementation of performance appraisal is not standard,unreasonable setting of performance appraisal index and weight,enterprises pay little attention to performance appraisal,and a lack of scientific performance appraisal objectives.In response to the current problems,this article proposes optimization strategies for employee performance evaluation in functional department of D power supply company in terms of standardize the implementation process of performance appraisal,reasonably set up the performance appraisal index and calculate the weight coefficient,improve the enterprise to pay more attention to performance appraisal,and continuously improving the grass-roots employees of the company’s internal performance evaluation system,I hope that the research in this article can play a positive and helpful role in continuously improving the performance evaluation level of grass-roots employees in functional department of D power supply company in the future. |
