Nowadays,with increasingly serious global energy crisis,and at the request of the environmental protection in our country is strict,so all regions are in the work of energy transformation into a lot of manpower and material resources,to speed up the transformation development,nuclear power is a clean energy,in the construction of "double carbon" occupies a very important position.At the same time,our country also introduced a number of supporting policies to provide help for nuclear power construction,it has transformed the fledgling stage"proper development" to "positive safe and orderly development of now,therefore,our country attaches great importance to nuclear power construction project,after the" difference "planning future new nuclear power installed capacity showing a good development trend,And its autonomy level also achieved a significant increase.In this context of development,nuclear power companies are facing many opportunities,but the competition in the field of nuclear power construction is also increasingly fierce.For nuclear power companies,the most important thing is talent,which determines whether they can win in the competition.In the human resource management,performance management is an important link,which can improve the core competitiveness of nuclear power companies.Enterprise performance evaluation method of the past can’t satisfy the demand of the new age,through relevant academic research,gave birth to a new type of performance appraisal methods,the balanced scorecard(data)combined with key performance indicators(KPI),and based on the above method to delve into nuclear power company performance management,has very far-reaching significance.This paper takes F Nuclear Power Company as a case study and conducts an in-depth study on its performance management based on BSC+KPI method.Firstly,it introduces the research background of this paper and the research status of performance management at home and abroad,and then investigates the actual situation of F Company.Based on relevant theories,it analyzes the current situation of its performance management,and with the help of questionnaire survey,it identifies the problems existing in F Nuclear Power Company’s performance management,such as: The evaluation index only focuses on performance,performance management workflow is relatively simple,lack of performance feedback communication mechanism,etc.Second,to delve into the problem and its reason,the reason of these problems are mainly concentrated in not establish and improve the performance evaluation index system,performance management,technology and ability to ascend,managers are not performance communication and feedback in the first place and performance results using the contact between the staff development is not closely,etc;Thirdly,for the performance management of F Nuclear Power Company,it discusses the necessity and feasibility of using BSC+KPI method.According to the improvement principles and ideas of performance management,it makes a strategic map for the company based on BSC,and defines the KPI of the company’s departments and posts.Among them,the number of KPI indicators of the company,department and position is 19,15 and 12 respectively,and the proportion of each indicator is determined by AHP.Next,the paper proposes effective improvement measures for F Nuclear Power Company’s performance management based on BSC+KPI from multiple perspectives,such as performance planning,performance communication and performance evaluation.Finally,a series of safeguard measures are put forward in terms of organization and culture,so that F Nuclear Power Company’s performance management improvement plan can be implemented.Based on the BSC and KPI,to delve into F nuclear power company performance management,aimed at making F nuclear power companies to attract and retain talent,give full play to the role of the talents,and can in a short time,achieving the strategic goal of enterprises,speed up the F nuclear power company performance management level of ascension,make the company move forward towards sustainable,In this process,this paper has important practical guiding significance.At the same time,this study can also provide some help to other nuclear power companies in the same industry,so that their performance management can be improved and optimized.
