In order to accelerate the marketization reform of the power system,the Chinese government has introduced a series of reform policies.In order to adapt to this reform situation,the State Grid Corporation of China has formulated a "strong and three excellent" development strategy to achieve the construction of the State Grid Corporation of China in 2020."The company is a modern company with a strong power grid,excellent assets,excellent service,and outstanding performance.Under this background,this paper investigates the current situation of the performance management system of Huludao Power Supply Company and finds that this set of performance management system lacks the concept of modern business management;the management personnel structure is solidified;the staff lacks liquidity;the company’s marketing methods and employees The professional quality and customer service system all share the same issues as the development strategy of "one strong and three excellent".According to the problems found in the investigation and research,the current performance management system has been optimized.Based on performance management related theories,this paper uses literature review method,investigation method and comprehensive analysis method;key performance method,target management method,and 360 degree feedback method to optimize design of Huludao Power Supply Company to improve Huludao Power Supply Company’s The level of human resources management improves the ability of the company to serve the public,and at the same time it can provide research results for the improvement of the performance management level of power supply companies and other similar companies.
