Under the prospect of current electric power reform,electric power construction enterprises have unlimited development opportunities.At the same time,with the increasingly fierce market competition of enterprises in our country,how to continuously improve the management level of enterprises and their core market competitiveness,which is directly related to the future strategic development direction of enterprises to urgently need to solve a problem.Beijing Fangdian Company is an electric power construction enterprise.With the deepening of reform and the continuous expansion of its business,the existing performance management has inherent deficiencies in strategic positioning,lack of incentives,and the assessment is a mere formality,which cannot adapt to the current development environment,and is not helpful to the improvement of enterprise performance.For the enterprise,it is urgent to perfect the incentive and restraint mechanism and build a scientific,efficient and operable performance management system.Therefore,from the perspective of reality,the content discussed in this paper is of great significance.This article will electric company in Beijing as the main object of study,in its performance management based on the analysis of the current situation of the development on the comb,deeply analyzes the performance of some problems existing in the management of,and on the basis of the relevant theory and practice in performance management,take appropriate tools and methods for Beijing electric company performance management system,the optimization and design..First of all,this paper briefly summarizes the research background and significance,research methods and content,and reference to domestic and foreign related literature,to provide theoretical basis for the follow-up discussion;Secondly,the comprehensive use of the questionnaire survey method,the diagnosis of the company’s performance management status quo,analysis of the results of the questionnaire,extraction and summary of the current performance management work in the outstanding problems and in-depth study of their causes;Third,according to the various problems found in the study and the causes,the corresponding measures should be taken.By clarifying the enterprise’s strategic objectives and departmental post responsibilities,and making full use of the balanced scorecard,key performance indicators and objective management method,the performance assessment index system at all levels is established,the assessment standards are clarified,and the weight among performance indicators is determined by the analytic hierarchy process.In the implementation process of performance management,the process is optimized by making performance plans,establishing performance meeting system,carrying out performance feedback and improvement,etc.At the same time,the results of performance appraisal are fully applied to form closed-loop management.Finally,establish and improve the operation guarantee measures of performance management,including improving the cognition of all staff to performance management,establishing organizational guarantee system,institutional guarantee system,dynamic maintenance mechanism and performance management information system,etc.The research content of this paper is helpful to optimize the performance management system of Beijing Square Electric Company.Strategy-oriented performance index system design is more closely in line with the actual enterprise,from the planning,implementation,control,evaluation,feedback and other aspects of the construction of an effective performance management system,at the same time,the use of scientific performance management methods to improve the scientific evaluation results.This study has a certain theoretical value in the performance management of electric power construction enterprises.At the same time,it can also provide reference for the managers of relevant enterprises to promote the optimization and improvement of performance management.
