With the rapid development of social economy and the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises,The post-1990 generation has entered all sectors of society and become the main force of the labor force,and become the driving force and source of the development of enterprises,to become the power and source of enterpr ise development.However,the post-90 s employees are different from the post-70 s and post-80 s employees in the past,and they have many salient characteristics,they have many distinctive characteristics,such as "personality","love to pursue the trend","accept new things quickly" and so on,many enterprise managers have a headache for it.In recent years,we often see a high turnover rate of post-90 s employees,there are a lot of complaints in the work,managers also generally said that post-90 s employees "difficult to manage",the reason can not be found without their job satisfaction.In addition,post-90 s employees are a new generation of employees who have just entered the social workplace.There are limited researches on the job satisfaction of this group in the academic circle.Therefo re,enterprises must combine their own situation,explore the problems existing in the job satisfaction of post-90 s employees,and improve the management mode by improving the job satisfaction of employees,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,and realize the long-term development of enterprises.This paper takes the post-90 s employees of a automobile company as the research object,on the basis of consulting a lot of relevant materials,and using the method of questionnaire survey and interview,the influencing factors of job satisfaction are divided into six dimensions: Job Reward,job itself,personal growth,leadership behavior,work environment and corporate culture.Through the research,it is found that the post-90 employees of a automobile company are less satisfied with the opportunity to express their opinions in the company,the organization and training,the low work pressure,the salary income and growth,the promotion mechanism,etc.,based on this,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the company to improve the job satisfaction of the post-90 s employees: to establish effective communication ways,to provide more promotion and training channels for the post-90 s employees,to strengthen the materia l and human care for the post-90 s employees,to strengthen the enterprise culture construction of the post-90 s employees,etc..To a certain extent,it can help a automob ile and other enterprises to improve the job satisfaction of post-90 employees and impro ve the status of post-90 employee management to provide certain practical significance.
