This study aims to explore the issue of employee satisfaction in the human resources management of energy companies in the Central African Republic.The Central African Republic Energy Company is a large state-owned enterprise.This paper investigates and studies employee satisfaction in such large enterprises,and analyzes the impact of employee satisfaction on employee performance in the management process.Higher employee satisfaction factors can increase employee loyalty to the company and reduce employee turnover.Because the enthusiasm of the employees of this company has not been high,mainly due to the impact of wages and the internal environment of the work,such a reality affects the enthusiasm of the work,pointing out the reasons for the low satisfaction,suggesting improvement methods,is my thesis The significance and purpose of the research.Chapter 1 introduction.The basic situation of the Central African Republic energy company and its research background,research questions and research methods are introduced.Chapter 2 combs and analyzes the literature of predecessors.Chapter 3,detailing the basic situation of Central African Republic Energy Company,draws a series of conclusions through data analysis,which lays the foundation for further analysis in Chapters 4 and 5.The main conclusion of the study is that employee satisfaction has a lot to do with the organization and working environment of Central African Republic Energy Company.The main purpose of this research is to measure and determine the impact of employee satisfaction on the performance of employees of Central African Republic Energy Company through organizational and working atmosphere,leadership,and work environment.A structured questionnaire was prepared based on the literature of the predecessors,and a prospective test was conducted to test its validity,reliability,and normality.Employee satisfaction is measured by various independent variables such as age,length of service,education level,grade,and salary.On this basis,the salary level satisfaction,salary and welfare satisfaction,and salary management satisfaction are the dependent variables.Descriptive research methods are used to achieve the purpose of the study's salary satisfaction.This study used a quantitative research method and was divided into two parts questionnaires.The first part is based on the employee's identity,and the second part is based on the Likert scale,which has designed 20 questions.Through a sample analysis of 270 employees,57 senior managers,91 technicians,and 121 junior employees were investigated.Descriptive analysis of the data using SPSS 20 yielded data on salary satisfaction.Generally speaking,employee salary satisfaction is influenced by many factors,and the salary satisfaction of employees in Central African Republic Energy Company mainly focuses on the geographical distance of whether the salary is reasonable.There is a very significant negative correlation between employee salary satisfaction and age,working years,education level,income level,wage rationality,employee satisfaction,turnover rate,and willingness to stay.The poor working environment has a negative impact on employee satisfaction.
