Nowadays the earth's environment is deteriorating,people's awareness and concern about the earth's environmental protection is also getting higher and higher,the application and promotion of new energy sources such as solar energy,wind energy,tidal energy now getting support of various countries.Solar photovoltaic as the representative of new energy is especially loved by consumers.In recent years,China has also launched a number of supporting policies,such as "Golden Sun Demonstration Project","Top Runner Program",which launched by China's National Energy Administration,making China's solar photovoltaic enterprises benefits be increasing day by day;however double anti policy of European Union and the United States,excess production capacity and technological convergence these various factors still have a certain negative impact on the Chinese PV companies.C company as one of the emerging industry representatives of Solar photovoltaic industry,technical employees are the carrier of the core competence of C company,the loss of technical employees will directly affect the competitiveness of C company,even determining the survival of C company.At present,the domestic and foreign scholars on the issue of staff turnover is basically in the initial stage,which can't meet the actual needs of enterprises,As the emerging solar photovoltaic industry,the research on the technical employees turnover of the new solar photovoltaic enterprise is even fewer.On the basis of other scholars' research on the problem of staff turnover,this paper gives further discussion on the problem of the loss of technical employees in C company.This paper,regarding the technical employees in C company as the research object,reviews the concept,type and model of staff turnover,combining the characteristics of the technical employees and the actual data of C company,further analyzing the current situation of core staff turnover,influence and development trend in C company.Based on the above theory and the actual situation of enterprises,this paper puts forward the main factors,such as"career development","salary welfare","working environment","training and learning opportunities "and "corporate culture",which has an important influence on the loss of the technical employees in C company.Meanwhile,based on the theory,literature research and the actual situation,it also puts forward the countermeasures and the suggestions that can reduce technical employees turnover in C company.
