Shaanxi Expressway Group was founded in 2001,which is a large state-owned enterprise of Shaanxi.Hanchuan Branch,located in Hanzhong City,Shaanxi Province,was established on September 2,2015,with a total operating mileage of 142 kilometers.The branch now has 334 employees,with an average age of 30 years old,and "post-90s" are the dominant group.Starting from January 1,2020,relying on the gantry system,the country began to realize the national high-speed "one net" charging mode.With the advance of the period and the experience happened in the technology region,the whole industry is facing many challenges.Shaanxi Expressway Group Hanchuan branch as an operating company,the conventional incentive methods of company does not conform to requires of the development of era,but also can not meet lots of demands of the contemporary "post-90s" employees.It has restricted the prolegomenon of capability to a great degree,and hindered the development of the enterprise,so we must improve it as soon as possible according to the actual situation.This paper makes an in-depth study on the loyalty of "post-90s" employees in Hanchuan Branch of Shaanxi Expressway Group by means of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,descriptive research and other methods.The research content of this paper is formulated with six fragments: The first fragment is the study target,presents the derivation and the study importance of the thesis,and the study means,the study ideas,the framework and the main contribution of this paper.The second fragment is the theoretical inspect and composition inspect.This paper expounds the world’s inspect on employees’ faithful,presents the doctrines of Organizational Commitment,and conclusions the individuality diagnostics of "post-90s" jobholders.The third fragment is the contemporary position,issues and causes of "post-90s" jobholders’ loyalty of Hanchuan Branch of Shaanxi Expressway Group,mainly introduces the basic situation of Hanchuan Branch,analyzes the cause of "post-90s" employees’ loyalty in the enterprise,and discusses the specific reasons in depth from three aspects: society,enterprise and individual.The fourth fragment is a designing scheme in order to promote "post-90s" employees’ loyalty of Hanchuan Branch of Shaanxi Expressway Group,first put forward the overall idea,and then put forward concrete measures for the problems found in the third part and the causes from five aspects: feelings,norms,ideals,economy and opportunities.The fifth fragment is about the implementation of the plan to promote "post-90s" employees’ loyalty of Hanchuan Branch of Shaanxi Expressway Group.It expounds the guarantee measures to implement the plan from the perspectives of organization,system,capital and culture,so as to achieve the expected improvement results and goals.The sixth fragment is the consequence and outlook,remarking the disadvantages of this research and making pictures for the coming study.The dedication of this thesis is chiefly reported in three fragments.On the one hand,with the questionnaire overview,and combines with the analysis of the results,it finds out that the questions and preconditions of the loyalty of "post-90s" jobholders in Hanchuan Branch of Shaanxi Expressway Group.On the other hand,based on the theory of organizational commitment,a design scheme suitable for promoting the loyalty of "post-90s" employees is formed.Furthermore,it comes up with the shield standards from the four fragments of agency,scheme,capital and culture.
