For enterprises,how to make employees identify with the corporate culture and integrate into their own work behavior is the key to the success or failure of cultural construction,and excellent corporate culture construction is the core of the enterprise to maintain sustainable development,but also a strong guarantee of the core competitiveness of enterprises.Sinohydro Bureau 11 Co.,Ltd.is a state-owned construction enterprise,through the development and changes in different times,it has formed a unique corporate culture atmosphere and cultural precipitation in the construction process.In recent years,as the post-90 s employees become the main force of the production and operation of Sinohydro Bureau 11 Co.,Ltd.,due to their many characteristics,their workplace orientation is unstable,constantly pulling up the separation rate,and their work motivation is not high,which has attracted the attention of Sinohydro Bureau 11 Co.,Ltd.and efforts to solve it.How to enhance the deep identification of post-90 s employees with corporate culture,so as to better sort out management measures and innovate cultural construction,is the key to promote the post-90 s employees to more deeply and actively understand the Sinohydro Bureau11 Co.,Ltd.,identify with the culture and integrate into the enterprise.Therefore,this paper takes the enhancement of corporate culture identity of post-90 s employees as the research topic and launches a special study.Firstly,this paper discusses the construction of corporate culture of Sinohydro Bureau 11 Co.,Ltd.generally,and conducts a qualitative study on the construction of corporate culture of Sinohydro Bureau 11 Co.,Ltd.Secondly,this paper studies the post-90 s employees of Sinohydro Bureau 11 Co.,Ltd.deeply from cognitive dimension,emotional dimension,behavioral dimension and social dimension by using questionnaire survey method.Through the analysis of 414 valid questionnaires,this reseach found that the post-90 s employees of Sinohydro Bureau 11 Co.,Ltd.pay more attention to the construction of corporate culture and are willing to implement it actively,but there are also problems such as lack of innovation and single form of culture implementation.Again,in view of the above problems,based on the theory of corporate culture identity,we designed a program to improve the corporate culture identity of post-90 s employees based on the four dimensions of cognitive dimension,emotional dimension,behavioral dimension and socialization dimension,namely:cognitive dimension improvement,emotional dimension improvement,behavioral dimension improvement and socialization dimension improvement.Finally,in order to ensure the fluent implementation of the enhancement program,the implementation plan of culture casting culture promotion is proposed,as well as the guarantee measures in organization,execution,personnel and technology.The research process and results of this paper can not only improve the corporate culture identity of the post-90 s employees of Sinohydro Bureau 11 Co.,Ltd.,but also contribute to the sustainable development of Sinohydro Bureau 11 Co.,Ltd.,and can provide the experience for other state-owned enterprises to build the corporate culture of the post-90 s employees. |
