Talents are the foundation of enterprise development.In labor-intensive rail transportation equipment manufacturing enterprises,post-90 s skilled employees have gradually become the backbone of the enterprise.They are strategic resources for enterprise competitiveness,building a stable and experienced skills.The workforce has become the top priority of enterprise development.This article takes the post-90s-skilled employees of company Z as a research group,and focuses on how to inspire the work engagement and loyalty of this group.Based on incentive theory and relevant literature such as organizational behavior and psychology,the interview method is applied.Questionnaire survey method,data analysis method and other methods to carry out in-depth discussion on the problems of Z company's post-90 s skilled employees.By analyzing the current incentive system and factors of the company's post-90 s skilled employees,Z further optimizes the dual incentive optimization schemes and operating methods of material and spiritual incentives,and proposes new employee incentive models and safeguards,aimed at Do some new explorations on the issue of talent incentives,systematically establish and solve this group of incentives,and improve the enthusiasm,stability,and attribution of the company's post-90 s skilled employees through improvements in salary and welfare,training development,promotion channels,and corporate culture.Sense,and provide better guidance and reference significance for Z company's talent management strategy and policy formulation and implementation.
