The main process of enterprise innovation is to drive the development of new products through technological innovation activities,the core of which is product innovation.In the information age driven by the knowledge economy and the rapid development of science and technology,if companies want to adapt to severe market challenges,create future growth space,benign and sustainable development,achieve gradual or radical breakthroughs,and compete with multinational companies in developed countries,they must pay attention to products.Innovation.Product conceptual design is the most innovative key node in the entire product development cycle.There are many variable factors in this process.Each design objective element and system feature are often in an unspecific,unclear and fuzzy state,resulting in changes to product functions.Some uncertainties in design and functional innovation.Therefore,when carrying out product innovation design,accurate positioning of product functions is the primary factor,product function design is the core link,and product function innovation is the ultimate goal.At this stage,in product innovation design,the main innovation type of the market is improved product innovation,and original product innovation is relatively rare.The starting point of improved product innovation is to improve the ideality of the design technology system.The situation to be improved can be divided into two types,namely,new demand expansion and improvement and original demand not fully satisfying improvement.Aiming at the characteristics of these two improved functional requirements,this thesis proposes different functional design methods to construct product target functional systems and drive product functional innovation design.The main research contents are as follows:(1)To introduce product improvements to new requirements,a process model of "product function innovation based on new requirements expansion" was proposed.The focus was on the functional design process of reorganizing and merging new functional requirements with the original system functional model.The goal of improvement was the existing system.Optimization and improvement.This method determines the new requirements through the comparison of requirements evolution,combines the KANO model,the CAI technology innovation software function analysis module and the functional ontology knowledge base to design and configure the corresponding relationship between requirements,components and functions,and finally realize the product through functional integration and reorganization.Functional innovation.Based on the design engineering case of a concept product design of a calf rehabilitation auxiliary protective gear for the individual needs of patients,the integrity and feasibility of this design method are verified.(2)Aiming at product improvement that does not fully meet the original needs,a process model of “product function innovation for the in-depth satisfaction of the original needs” is proposed.First,the existing difficulties in the existing technology system are analyzed,the patent group is constructed,and the technical principles of the patent group are summarized and judged Understand that it cannot completely solve the pain points of the existing technical system,and then develop a new system design,and the goal of improvement is to build a new system.The design method combines KANO model requirement division,FAST function model decomposition,CAI technology innovation software and TRIZ technology innovation method to describe the final ideal solution and avoid the original understanding of the patent group technology in the function design process,and establish a complete target function according to the product positioning requirements.System,carry out product function innovation.The specific engineering application of the proposed process model was carried out,and an improved virtual prototype of poultry evisceration was designed to verify the completeness and correctness of this design method.This research takes TRIZ technology innovation method,CAI technology as auxiliary innovation tool,functional design method as guiding principle,product function innovation process model construction as the final goal,product function innovation design case as inspection standard,and proposes two different functional requirements respectively.Characteristic improved product function innovation process model.These two functional requirements and improved process models can make up for the shortcomings of traditional computer-aided design in the functional innovation process of product functional design,functional analysis,and functional solution,and help improve the ability of engineering designers to innovate and practice,develop creative thinking and mastery And apply innovative methods and apply interdisciplinary and cross-field knowledge to solve invention and creation problems.
