Under the social background of consumption upgrading,people have higher and higher requirements on the quality of life,and the healthy lifestyle has promoted the explosive growth of the consumer market of fresh products and medical drugs.As such products are sensitive to temperature,keeping them in a constant temperature environment during the circulation process is the key to guarantee the quality effectively,which puts forward higher requirements for cold chain transportation.However,China's cold chain logistics started late,the industrial base and technical level between the United States and other developed countries are still a large gap,specifically,China's cold chain transport rate is at a low level,due to the lack of effective cold chain transport the loss of goods are at a surprising number every year.The main factors restricting the development of our country's cold chain logistics are the high cost of cold chain transportation and the difficulty of the technical level of cold chain transportation equipment to meet the market demand.As the refrigerated vehicle is an important equipment in the cold chain transportation process,its operating cost accounts for a large proportion of the overall transportation cost of the cold chain.Therefore,the optimization and upgrading of the refrigerated vehicle is an effective way to promote the leapfrog development of the cold chain industry.The performance of refrigerator car is one of the important safeguard,however,China's refrigerated vehicle market has changed from relying on import in the early stage to relying on the introduction and modification in the middle stage,and then to the present independent research and development,at present although industrial base to get fast development,but the technology is still not high,mainly displays in:(1)more temperature transportation technology is not yet mature makes the cold chain is difficult to be efficient utilization of resources and lead to higher transportation costs;(2)most of the existing research is to optimize the structure of refrigerated vehicles to improve performance,and the equipment function is relatively single,which is difficult to meet the diversified needs.Therefore,the effective development ofrefrigerated vehicle technology innovation is of great significance to meet the diversified transportation needs and promote the rapid development of China's cold chain logistics industry.Based on the above problems,this paper,on the basis of analyzing the existing innovation achievements,using Element vary innovation theory to construct the innovation path of refrigerated vehicle technology,provides new ideas for the technical personnel to carry out innovation activities,and has guiding significance for helping enterprises to improve innovation efficiency.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the research status of refrigerated vehicle technology was sorted out by literature analysis,the target problems to be solved were extracted,and the research work of this paper was carried out by selecting the appropriate methods based on the problem orientation.Secondly,the existing patents of refrigerated vehicles are deeply analyzed to extract effective information and make a patent map,so as to show the research status and hot spots of this field more clearly.Thirdly,combining with the expert traceability results,the invention patents with high technical content are screened and analyzed by dimensional method to extract the distribution of innovation dimensions and innovation rules.Furthermore,the five innovation rules in this field are obtained.On this basis,six technological innovation schemes are generated through the coupling of dimension method.Finally,five evaluation indexes are selected from the existing research results as the standard to measure the effect of the innovation program,the weight of each index is determined by the entropy weight method,finally,the TOPSIS method is used to comprehensively evaluate the obtained innovation program,so as to ensure the rationality of the technological innovation path.At the same time,it provides reference for enterprises to select the optimal innovation scheme.Research shows that: in this paper,based on Element vary innovation theory built on the basis of the patent analysis,by the method of dimensional analysis as the tool,ultimately through the dimension coupled method to generate innovative solutions technical innovation path in guiding refrigerator car innovation activities have a certain reference value,tracking market opportunities for refrigerator carresearch and development enterprise in our country,technology innovation strategy,implement innovation-driven development provides decision basis and theoretical support.
