With the rapid growth of China’s economic level after the reform and opening up,the per capita disposable income of Chinese residents has been continuously increased,and the demand for air services is increasing day by day.Under this background,domestic airlines are developing rapidly.C Airlines Guangxi Branch invests a lot of costs in aircraft introduction and flight attendant training every year.Despite this,the company still loses a large number of flight attendants,leading to the need for long-term recruitment of flight attendants or secondment of flight attendants from other branches of C Airlines,and this phenomenon continues to worsen.Through the study of flight attendant turnover of Guangxi Branch of C Airlines,the main reasons for flight attendant turnover can be deeply understood,and countermeasures can be taken to solve the problem of long-term high flight attendant rate and maintain the stable and healthy development of the company.In view of the current situation of high dimission rate of flight attendants in Guangxi Branch of C Airlines Company,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on job satisfaction of flight attendants who have lost in the past three years through literature research,questionnaire survey and other research methods.According to the survey results,there are four main reasons for the loss of flight attendants.First,the promotion opportunities for flight attendants are insufficient and the promotion channels need to be optimized.The second is the lack of professional skills training for the grassroots flight attendants;Third,the salary structure and the salary level needs to be improved;Fourth,some management systems are not perfect.Under the combined action of the above reasons,a large number of flight attendants appeared,which led to the increase of various costs,the decrease of cabin work efficiency,the destruction of the morale of other in-service flight attendants and the damage of the company’s social image.This paper suggests launch a number of measures,such as creating a fair and reasonable promotion channel,Establishing a learning organization,Perfecting the salary structure and raising the salary level,Improving the system,strengthening the daily management and adopting the flight attendant retention plan,which are in order to effectively reduce the loss of flight attendants in the Guangxi Branch of C Airlines.Through the research and analysis of this paper,it is expected to help the company solve the practical problem of a large number of flight attendants,and also bring some inspiration to other domestic airlines,so as to finally establish a stable flight attendants and achieve a win-win situation for both sides. |
