| At present,the vigorous development of China’s construction industry provides good development opportunities for construction enterprises.In 2018,the total output value of construction industry in all regions and provinces reached 22.5 trillion yuan,reaching the largest scale in history.The increasing market scale means that there will be more and more engineering projects,and more and more front-line management staff will work in the project.The survey shows that the management of project dispatched staff is difficult and the turnover rate is high.Their job satisfaction and turnover rate have become the focus of human resource management in many construction enterprises.The competition among industries is in the final analysis the competition of talents.Therefore,it is very important for the enterprise to continuously develop the source of human resources for the development of enterprises.Based on the investigation and Research on the front-line employees of different regions and projects in Z company,this paper provides the basis for Z company to formulate the talent management system and improve the existing management strategy.The main contents of the paper include the following aspects:(1)establishing a model,putting forward four hypotheses of this research;(2)selecting and completing in order to measure the employee’s job satisfaction and turnover intention To improve the two scales,namely Minnesota job satisfaction scale and price’s turnover intention scale,to determine the statistical variables and complete the questionnaire;(3)to determine the total number of samples and target population,issue and retrieve the questionnaire;(4)to carry out data analysis on the questionnaire results,the main methods are exploratory factor analysis,reliability and validity analysis,frequency analysis,descriptive analysis,analysis of variance and correlation Analysis and regression analysis;(5)put forward targeted management strategies for Chengdu Z Company;(6)draw conclusions from the research,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the management of engineering industry project staff.This paper focuses on the research of Z company where the author works,but the research conclusions and relevant suggestions have good reference value for the management of project dispatched staff of construction enterprises. |
