Twenty-first Century is the era of knowledge based economy.Science and technology is constantly innovating and developing.Talents become the most important resources and the inexhaustible motive force for the sustained development of economy.The countries all over the world compete fiercely for talents.In the new century,China's reform and development is developing continuously.In the market competition,talents become the main content of competition.Every enterprise tries to compete for the valuable talents they need.At present,China Airlines flight attendants in a period of rapid development,the demand is huge,if the turnover of personnel.the company in order to ensure the normal conduct of business,need to recruit new employees,and re training,to ensure the rapid induction,it will spend a lot of time,but the labor cost is very big.In the flight attendants team,the level of service is bound to be affected if the proportion of new employees is too high.In addition,the constant turnover of the flight attendants has a direct impact on the stability of the whole service team.In this paper,the actual situation of Air China flight attendants tunoverbased on the literature review,case analysis and investigation analysis,by using the theory of the implementation of a comprehensive analysis,to explore the reasons,air crew turnover,so as to develop and implement more solutions for the problems,help to achieve stable and sustainable development of Air China company.This paper first analyzes the definition and characteristics of flight attendants,elaborates the theory of personnel turnover,and analyzes the path model of personnel turnover,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for this study.Then,the status analysis of air travel of Air China company was carried out,mainly on the status quo of Air China,the status of flight attendants and the impact of flight attendants on the company.Again is the analysis on the reason of turnover of Mobley model of Air China flight attendants on the first Mobley model questionnaire turnover air flight attendants,then carries on the questionnaire survey,and analyze the data,find out the main causes of turnover of Air China flight attendants.Finally the evaluation of control measures and implementation effect of air turnover of flight attendants,the rich company incentive mechanism and means,optimize the flight attendant salary system,strengthen management,job scheduling of flight attendants to provide staff development channels,personnel management and other staff turnover strong erosion control measures,as well as the optimization of flight attendant recruitment channels,strengthen the flight attendant training,building a people-oriented corporate culture,strengthen the air performance appraisal system design solutions supporting measures for Air China,solve the problem of the turnover of the flight attendants to provide good advice.At the same time,this paper investigates the pilot effect of the turnover control measures in the way of satisfaction survey,and results in reality,the job satisfaction of flight attendants is obviously improved,and the possibility of turnover is decreasing.
