| According to the data of China Association of private entrepreneurs,the average annual turnover rate of employees in private enterprises from 2010 to 2019 is as high as 25%,which is far higher than the 15%standard predicted by experts.The annual turnover rate of LD Company is as high as 50%.The high turnover rate of LD Company leads to low work efficiency,difficult to control product quality,and increases the company’s recruitment,training and other human costs.Therefore,based on the current situation of the grass-roots staff turnover in LD Company,this paper analyzes the reasons for the grass-roots staff turnover in LD Company,and puts forward reasonable countermeasures to help LD Company reduce the staff turnover rate,which has certain practical significance.In this paper,based on the theoretical review,the author investigated the current situation of the grass-roots staff turnover in LD Company,using the methods of questionnaire survey and interview,clarified the current situation of LD Company,and found out the serious problem of the grass-roots staff turnover in LD Company.According to the investigation and analysis,the current situation of grass-roots drain in LD Company is as follows:the grass-roots drain employees are mainly in the manufacturing department,the education background is concentrated in junior college and below,the age is mainly concentrated in 18-30 years old,the length of service is generally less than one year,and there are more women and unmarried people.The reason is that the company’s salary system is unreasonable,career development is constrained,job responsibilities are not clear and so on.Therefore,this paper designs and surveys the grassroots employees’ job satisfaction questionnaire from the six aspects of LD Company’s job position,working conditions and environment,salary,career development,corporate culture and social factors.At the same time,it uses SPSS statistical analysis software to analyze the reliability and validity of the questionnaire results,correlation analysis,difference analysis and regression analysis,and explores the grassroots employees’ job satisfaction This paper analyzes the influence of six factors of job satisfaction on turnover tendency.The order of influence degree of the above factors is:salary and welfare>Career Development>job>corporate culture>social factors>working conditions and environment.Finally,in order to reduce the turnover rate of LD Company’s grass-roots employees,help enterprises improve the ability and level of human resource management,and improve the market competitiveness,this paper puts forward reasonable suggestions:build a reasonable salary system,smooth employee promotion channels,build enterprise culture,strengthen internal communication,and do a good job in resignation management. |
