At present,China is at an important stage in the development of civil aviation power.With the normalization of the global COVID-19 epidemic and the gradual opening of the civil aviation market,people’s travel demand is also on a straight upward trend.Since 2020,due to the impact of the novel coronavirus,international routes have been shut down,flight volume has been drastically reduced,and large losses in the industry have brought a huge impact on the development of airlines,and the loss of civil aviation flight attendants has become more serious.As a labor-intensive enterprise,the competition between airlines needs the support of talent team.As the precious resources of airlines,the construction of professional team is the key to the survival and development of airlines.At the same time,the promotion of civil aviation power is more inseparable from a large number of human resources as a guarantee,so as to meet the high quality and rapid development of the civil aviation industry.But now,the number of the flight attendants in the airline was rare,and they were not enough to build a high-quality team.It was difficult to keep the talents for a long time,which led to the key to prevent the loss of a large number of talents in the airline for its continuous and healthy development.In the enterprise internal human resource management,incentive as an important part of talent management,it can maximize the attractiveness and cohesion of the enterprise,is the focus of talent management.Therefore,this paper takes N airline as the research object,based on the perspective of incentive mechanism to study the loss of N airline crew,improve the existing incentive mechanism,and strive to solve the serious problem of N airline crew loss.Based on the theory of human resource management,this paper focuses on the flight attendant loss problem of N Airlines through the employee loss theory,the extended Mowbray model and the incentive mechanism theory.Through questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,this paper studies the current situation of N airline’s flight attendant loss,analyzes the reasons for N airline’s flight attendant loss due to the incentive mechanism,and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures.Through the analysis of the questionnaire data,it is found that the main reasons leading to the loss of N airline passengers are: The salary is not reasonable,the performance appraisal is not perfect,the spirit incentive is not in place,the career planning is not clear,the organization lacks cohesion.This study puts forward the following solutions: Reconstruct the salary system,optimize the performance appraisal mechanism,increase the investment of spiritual incentive,clarify the career development plan,and enhance the cohesion of the enterprise.This paper studies N airline passenger loss from the perspective of incentive mechanism,hoping to solve the serious problem of N airline passenger loss.He hoped that on the basis of solving corresponding problems,he could promote the healthy development of our country’s airline industry and make greater contributions to the national development strategic plan.
