With the rapid development of economy and the increasingly fierce market competition,enterprises in various countries begin to pay attention to the research of production line problems.How to improve the balance rate of production line,and then increase the output and improve the production efficiency has become the focus of manufacturing enterprises all over the world.Based on the literature review and summary of production line balance optimization at home and abroad,and combined with my internship work in M company,this paper selects the freezer product assembly line of M company as the research object,and finds out the existing problems of the production line by field investigation,The principle of action economy in industrial engineering method,0-1 integer programming model and Flexsim simulation software are used to analyze the existing general assembly line of refrigerator products,and the optimization scheme of the general assembly line of refrigerator products is put forward.The main research results of this paper are as follows:(1)the production process of M company’s existing freezer assembly line is recorded and analyzed in detail by using the methods of field investigation,operation element analysis,stopwatch timing and simulation modeling.Through stopwatch time measurement method,the standard operation time is determined,and the priority relation diagram of operation elements is made.(2)Using the principle of action economy to analyze and improve the bottleneck process,combining with the actual production,two kinds of 0-1 integer programming models are established.Lingo11 software is used to solve the analysis,and the optimal operation arrangement under the two models is obtained.Flexsim software is used to verify and analyze the improved production line.(3)Combining the industrial engineering related methods,system simulation technology and 0-1 integer programming,the optimization simulation of M company’s freezer assembly line is carried out,which effectively improves the balance rate of the production line,increases the output,meets the production demand,and reduces the impact of bottleneck process.The balance of production line directly affects the operation efficiency of production line and the number of products that can be produced.Improving the balance rate of production line is an important means to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.The research of this paper not only provides direction for the improvement of M company’s freezer assembly line,but also provides reference and help for other home appliance industries to improve the balance rate and management level of the production line.There are 27 figures,18 tables and 60 references in this paper.
