With the rapid development of China’s economy,the lack of production capacity has become one of the main contradictions faced by major domestic vehicle enterprises and their parts manufacturers in the form of market demand expansion.N company is the only manufacturer of 7DCT transmission in JL group.The insufficient production directly affects the assembly of the whole vehicle,seriously affects the interests of the enterprise and the group,and the cost of manpower and materials keeps rising.Improving efficiency and reducing cost become an effective way for N company to survive.According to the actual investigation,the main reason for the low production efficiency and insufficient production capacity of N company is the low balance rate of the assembly line,so it is urgent to improve the balance rate of the transmission assembly line.Based on the above background,this paper aims at the problem of low balance rate of transmission assembly line.First of all,the basic IE method is used to preliminarily improve it.In view of the confusion of materials and tools on the assembly line,the “5S”management method is used to improve it and good results are achieved.In terms of the improvement of the operation of the two bottleneck stations,i.e.the installation of oil guide tank,C-card and clutch,the operation analysis method is compared with the “5W1H”and “ECRS” combined with the optimization of operation,MTM-UAS is used to remeasure the standard operation time of the improved operation.Aiming at the unreasonable design of some stations,the corresponding improvement scheme is given from the aspects of operation comfort and the use of material transfer box.After using the method of basic IE to improve,the balance rate of the assembly line is increased from 62.76% to 71.88%.Secondly,aiming at the unreasonable phenomenon of job allocation,the assembly line balance 0-1 integer planning model with the minimum beat as the goal is constructed to rearrange the jobs,and the lingo software is used to solve the problem,and the job allocation of the assembly line under the condition of different number of stations is mainly studied.Through the comparison and analysis of the schemes,it is concluded that when the number of stations K=17,the job assignment scheme is the optimal scheme for the balance problem of the assembly line,which makes the balance rate of the assembly line increase from 71.88% to 91.69%.Finally,the Flexsim simulation model is built to evaluate the overall improvement scheme and verify the rationality of the improvement scheme.In this paper,the basic IE analysis method,mathematical model and simulation technology are used to solve the problem of low balance rate of transmission assembly line in N company,and effectively improve the production efficiency of transmission assembly line in enterprises.
