| With the deepening of economic globalization and individualization of product demand,manufacturers face the biggest problem to date: how to provide consumers with the lowest price,shortest delivery,best service and best quality products.If enterprises want to improve their competitive advantage in the fierce market,they must keep up with the pace of the times and constantly improve and upgrade themselves.Major enterprises at home and abroad have now shifted their technological competitiveness to the improvement and research and development of assembly lines.The balance of assembly lines directly affects the production speed,quality and efficiency of enterprises.Whether an enterprise can have a complete and efficient assembly line is very important.How to adjust the assembly line to make it efficient and balanced,and quickly meet market demand has become the core and focus of the company.By combining theory with practice,this paper analyzes and improves the actual production condition of the H engine assembly line of Z company,so as to improve the assembly line balance rate and production efficiency of the enterprise.Firstly,through the on-site investigation,the preliminary understanding of the operation contents,assembly sequence and operation time of each process of assembly line of Z company is carried out,and the bottleneck restricting of the assembly line is found through data analysis;Then,we can use the process program analysis method to locally optimize and improve the bottleneck process,and the production cycle of the assembly line is reduced without changing the priority assembly relationship of each process;Further,a 0-1 integer linear programming model for the second type of assembly line balance problem will be established.By assigning all the processes reasonably and appropriately to different workstations,reallocating the operation contents,re-layout the production process,and finding the minimum number of workstations that make the assembly line balance rate the highest.This process can be compiled in conjunction with Lingo software to find the optimal solution for balancing the global operation of the assembly line;Finally,for the optimal solution,Flexsim simulation software is used for modeling analysis to verify the feasibility and rationality of the improvement effect.This paper adopted the industrial engineering method,mathematical analysis method and system simulation method to comprehensively analyze and improve the assembly line of H engine of Z company,realizing the global optimization and obtaining the optimal selection.While improving the balance rate and production efficiency,it also drives the economic benefits of enterprises and promotes the lean production of enterprises. |
