Improvement Design And Optimization Of Main Board Production Line Of Air Conditioner In GL Company

With the rapid development of China’s economy and the continuous improvement of people’s consumption,air conditioning has gradually become a popular commodity.Each household is equipped with at least one air conditioner.The development of the relevant industrial chain is gradually improved,and the increase of demand will inevitably improve the level of market competition.In order to meet the needs of the consumer market for air conditioning products and improve the market competitiveness,enterprises must start from the perspective of cost management,reduce production costs and improve the production efficiency of the production line.The main board production line of the air conditioner is mainly in the form of assembly line,and the bottleneck process is the main reason for the low output of the production line.If the enterprise wants to improve the productivity and meet the market demand,it must optimize the bottleneck process,improve the balance of the production line,make the work load between the processes more balanced,and realize a balanced flow production.The research object is an air conditioning production enterprise.In recent years,with the increasing demand for products,the capacity of enterprises has been unable to meet the market demand.In order to expand the market share and improve the income,the enterprise must optimize and improve the production line.This paper takes GL enterprise as the research object,analyzes the production line,finds out the existing problems,designs the corresponding solutions,so as to improve the production efficiency of the production line.First of all,this paper introduces the theory and method of production line balance optimization.This paper analyzes the production status of the main board production line in GL enterprise,and sorts out the production process and production process of the production line,Analyze the production line of the internal main board of the air conditioner by using the process program analysis,measure the operation time of each process of the production line,calculate the current production line balance rate of the internal main board of the air conditioner as 61.67%,establish the Flexsim simulation model to analyze the load rate between the operations and find out the bottleneck process;then design the improvement method from the four dimensions of process program,site management,process program and bottleneck process Measure the standard operation time of the bottleneck process after optimization,so that the operation rhythm of the optimized production line can meet the predetermined requirements;establish the simulation model of the production line of the internal main board,get the simulation results,analyze and evaluate the balance effect of the production line of the internal main board before and after optimization,and provide multi angle suggestions for the next improvement of the production line.After optimization,the balance rate of the main board production line of the internal machine was increased to 74.09%,the beat was optimized to 20 seconds,the daily production capacity was increased by 193 pieces,the number of equipment maintenance has been reduced from the previous 11 times to 7 times,the total maintenance cost has been reduced by 23.5 thousand yuan,and the work load rate between jobs was more balanced.
