In the 21 st century,manufacturing’s complex production planning and controlling systems have made mass production full of challenge.How to produce the product with the minimum cost,the shortest manufacturing cycle and the highest quality and deliver them to customers in the shortest time is the eternal pursuit of manufacturing enterprises.Production process optimization is an important way to reduce the cost,improve production efficiency,quality and other performance indicators.H company is a famous domestic manufacturer of small-bore multi-cylinder diesel engines in China.In the process of continuous development,many problems have been exposed,mainly including the imbalance of assembly line,weak basic management,and serious waste on the field.How to break through the dilemma of manufacturing business process management,enhance the efficiency of the company’s own operations,and reduce internal consumption is precisely the problem that this study attempts to clarify and study.In order to better consolidate enterprise basic management,optimize production process,improve production efficiency,the company decided to introduce the management concept and mode of "lean production".This study takes the assembly workshop of H company as the background.From the perspective of lean consultation,firstly determines the main problems of the problem through the lean maturity analysis.Secondly,through the investigation and analysis of each subdivision level,it was found that the assembly workshop has many problems such as imbalance of assembly line and chaotic management of the field.In view of the above problems,the article then designed a set of lean production process optimization scheme and supporting measures for the assembly workshop from two aspects,assembly line balance and field production management system construction,so as to provide decision support and reference for H company’s assembly workshop to optimize production process and improve production efficiency.At last,this paper carried out the proposed production process optimization scheme through flexsim simulation software to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the scheme and has certain practicability.This paper combines lean production with Assembly line balancing,Production process optimization technology,optimizes the production process of assembly workshop based on consulting perspective,which not only improves the production status of H company,but also provides reference for other enterprises to implement lean concepts.
