Under the influence of the COVID-19 epidemic,the industrial chain of China’s automobile-related products has been implicated,and there have been some phenomena,such as the low arrival rate of employees in upstream enterprises and the obstruction of the start of production lines.The purchase price of raw materials for enterprises has soared,forcing many enterprises to face the crisis of survival.The rise of the new energy automobile market has made the market demand for automobile-related products continue to be strong.How to improve the production capacity of enterprises and reduce production costs in this environment has become the focus.HK Company is an enterprise whose main business is driving recorder products.Under the complex background,the production and operation of the enterprise are facing the problems of low production efficiency and high cost.Therefore,the scientific optimization of HK company’s driving recorder production line has become an urgent problem for enterprises.This paper takes the driving recorder production line of HK Company as the research object,finds out the problems that affect the production efficiency of the production line through the investigation and analysis of enterprises,and realizes the scientific optimization of the production line by combining industrial engineering theory with computer simulation technology.First of all,in terms of production status,this paper analyzes the production line program,production site operation time and balance,and finds the existing problems in the analysis process.Secondly,aiming at the problems of the production line of driving recorder,the optimization scheme design is put forward.In the optimization of production line program,the "5W1H" analysis method and "ECRS" principles(Eliminate,Combine,realistic,Simplify,ECRS)are mainly used to design and adjust the process program and flow program.On the production site,the design scheme of 6S management is put forward.Aiming at the problem of standard operation,the standardized operation and other contents are put forward to improve the operation efficiency;In line balance,the operation time of the process is visually analyzed to confirm the bottleneck process and put forward the optimization scheme.Then,through the use of Flexsim software,the virtual simulation processing is carried out according to the design content of the optimization scheme,and the optimization results are evaluated according to the simulation results.Finally,the optimization guarantee strategy of production line is put forward in three aspects:organization,resources and system.Through this study,the production efficiency of the driving recorder production line was increased from 47.6% to 79.74%,which significantly improved the production efficiency of the driving recorder.Through the research of this paper,the production line of driving recorder of HK company is optimized to achieve the goal of improving the balance rate of production line and increasing the competitive advantage of enterprises.In addition,this paper studies the production line with the optimization method of combining industrial engineering science theory with simulation model,which can provide theoretical and practical reference for the optimization of this kind of production line.
