For the manufacturing industry,the production system determines whether an enterprise can survive.In the face of fierce market competition,major enterprises are gradually looking for reasons to solve the low efficiency of production lines,and are committed to improving the production efficiency and product quality of the company.Low production efficiency,product quality is seriously restricting the development of the company.This article embarks from the actual production,based on the bottleneck station found and eliminated,the optimization of production rhythm,the improvement of production line balancing rate and the production process of design,the integrated use of industrial engineering related knowledge,the combination of industrial engineering knowledge to practical problems,the introduction of FLEXSIM simulation software,will be in the actual production line model,specific,idealistic,Cooperate with 0-1programming model,with the help of Lingo software powerful data integration ability,calculate the optimal solution of production line,to provide theoretical guidance for the actual improvement.Through field analysis and observation method,process analysis,model scheduling method and data analysis method,the production line of 2606 sand belt machine of D Company was analyzed,and the specific process of sand belt machine production and the actual problems between each station were clarified.Based on this,the process flow chart corresponding to the production line is made,and the actual production time of each station is accurately calculated.By combining with Flexsim simulation software and relying on the current production line,the corresponding model is built.Based on the 2606 sand belt machine production line of the company,the 0-1 integer programming model corresponding to it is established to find the optimal solution that can make the production line reach the best state,and based on this,the optimization and improvement scheme is proposed.In this paper,based on the basic knowledge of industrial engineering,the integer programming model is used as the improvement tool,and the simulation model is used as the verification tool,the balance rate of the sand belt machine production line is improved again,so that the overall production beat of the 2606 sand belt machine production line is greatly shortened,and the bottleneck process of the sand belt machine production line is optimized.The research shows that the results of this experiment are of great practical significance to solve the problem of optimizing production line,reducing production time and cost,and improving productivity of small and medium-sized enterprises.It also provides guidance and suggestions for enterprises to improve production line capacity,and provides a theoretical basis.
