| This paper draws on the relevant methods and cases of domestic and foreign historical and cultural space management and control coordination,and value evaluation,combined with the protection status of China’s historical and cultural space and relevant provisions of the overall planning for national land space.Based on the double evaluations of the cultural value and space value of the historical and cultural space,combined the existing problems,this paper discusses the management and control methods of historical and cultural space under the overall planning of the municipal-level territorial space.(1)Construct a value evaluation system.Through multiple expert scorings to determine the evaluation factors and weights of each refined evaluation item,the weight of each evaluation item and the importance weight of the refined evaluation item in all historical and cultural spaces,the main score of the evaluation model are determined.Taking Linfen City as an example,the evaluation results of the detailed evaluation items belonging to Linfen City’s historical and cultural space are obtained through expert scoring,and combined with the relevant stakeholders of historical and cultural space including foreign tourists and local residents,the cultural identity of Linfen historical and cultural space is evaluated by the travel key word K-means clustering analysis and online questionnaire survey analysis.After the comprehensive score is completed in proportion,the cultural value attribute values of the detailed evaluation items belonging to various historical and cultural spaces are obtained.(2)The evaluation results are brought into the geospatial attributes of each historical and cultural space,and the historical and cultural resource-rich areas are obtained through the weighted analysis of spatial kernel density.Through the location analysis of the enrichment area,including the analysis of the inside and outside of the urban areas and the analysis of topography,combined with the analysis of the "three adjustment" land type of its location,the existing problems of the current space are obtained.(3)Based on the problems found in the spatial analysis and the problems reflected by the stakeholders in the historical and cultural space,combined with the specific objectives and requirements of the state for the coordination and control of historical and cultural space in the overall planning of the municipal land space,this paper comprehensively summarizes the existing problems.This paper puts forward the corresponding control and coordination strategies,and explores the control and coordination mode of historical and cultural space in the overall planning of the municipal land space from three aspects: bottom line thinking and negative list,increasing restrictive requirements and dynamic management,coordinating the style and features of historical and cultural enrichment areas. |
