| Historic district is one type of extremely important historical and cultural heritage of human, historical block protection has also been closely watched. The Original architectural entities and related cultural patterns of district will decline over time and loss, so there need an effective mean to renew and reform the historic district, and feedback timely the updated results. Currently, in the renewal and alteration of the historic district, the level of concern for the material to be more concerned than the non-material aspects, it’s easy to overlook and omissions the cultural and characteristics of historic district, resulting in convergence after the historic district renew and reform, there will be a lot of "historical" under the effect of market economy.This study introduces "cultural space" concept, explore an new idea to the renewal and alteration of historic district."Cultural space" is the bridge between the material and non-material cultural heritage,"cultural space" emphasis the intangible heritage protection, at the same time,it pay more attention to the protection of intangible heritage, so after these renewal and alteration,the district can keep the original diversity and can not be copied.This study is divided into the following four parts:Firstly, introduces the "cultural space" and "cultural space" protection ideas, discriminating some related concepts; Secondly, basing on the existing historic district evaluation system,analysising the composition of cultural block in historical block, determining the evaluation factors and evaluation set based on "cultural space" protection, analysising the hierarchy and structure of evaluation system, determining the weight of each evaluation factor, initially builting historic district renewal evaluation system which is from the viewpoint of "cultural space" protection; Thirdly, choosing Beijing Dashilan neighborhoods as a case, through field research, summarizing and organizing its current situation of renewal and alteration, and useing the evaluation system constructed in previously to evaluate the case calculating overall value of each block, drawing the impact level distribution of the relevant factors affecting; Fourthly, combining with the status of intangible cultural heritage protection in the research area, performing a comprehensive comparative analysis of district, summarizing the successes and problems,propose the further renewed policy and recommendations which are reasonable and effective,it’s seek to provide a reference for many historic districts renewed and reformed. |
