Present Situation,Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Township Land Spatial Planning

Since the issuance of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council’s " Several Opinions on the Establishment and Supervision of the System of Land and Space Planning",exploration and practice of land and space planning at all levels have been carried out.Under the background of comprehensive rural revitalization,township village as a basic unit,its land space planning exploration is more valuable and meaningful.Based on the theory of integrated governance and collaborative governance,this paper analyzes the compilation of land and space planning of towns and villages by using the methods of field investigation and case analysis,taking z town as an example,it is found that the overall governance structure is not perfect,the construction of coordination mechanism is not comprehensive,and the main body of the planning cooperation is not taken seriously,which leads to the problems of the current land and space planning of Z town,such as the poor effect of the planning,the difficulty of the coordination,and the weak leading force of the main body of the planning.Based on this,the paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures,such as improving the overall governance of land and space planning,strengthening the establishment of coordination mechanism of planning,deepening the construction of coordination subject of planning,etc.,it is hoped that the land space planning within the development boundary of z town and the practical village planning outside the development boundary can be promoted as soon as possible,and the exploration of space governance reform can be further deepened at the township level.
