In recent years,the land area of Anxi tea gardens has continued to expand.A large number of high-slope and low-quality tea gardens have been reclaimed blindly.The management of tea gardens has been extensive,and the quality of tea production has declined.From the perspective of regional strategic overall situation,the rational allocation and arrangement of regional resources in territorial space planning is the spatial carrier of ecological civilization construction,and the control of territorial space use is the general starting point to promote the implementation of planning and optimize land functions.The suitability evaluation under the background of land use control highlights the advantages of functional positioning and space optimization,and prevents dysfunctional land use behavior.However,in the current research,the evaluation of tea planting suitability is generally carried out around the growth and development conditions of the tea tree itself,lacking the connection with the regulatory background of land and space use.Most of the existing land use optimization simulation studies take ecological security,ecosystem service value,low carbon,etc.As the background or purpose,and fail to link them with the control policy of land and space use.In the context of land use control,this paper analyzes the characteristics of tea plantation land distribution changes in Anxi County,and according to the actual situation of the county,constructs an evaluation index system for the suitability of tea planting land in Anxi County from the comprehensive analysis of nature,society and the two.There are tea gardens to evaluate the suitability of the existing tea gardens in Anxi County,to discuss the existing problems of the existing tea gardens,and it is necessary to carry out the optimization and simulation research of the future tea gardens in Anxi County.With the help of the Markov-FLUS model,the simulation in 2020 is used as a verification to simulate the land use of four scenarios in 2035 under the general development scenario,food production security scenario,ecological protection priority scenario and comprehensive development scenario from the perspective of different national land and space use control policies.,and compared and analyzed the land use characteristics and the distribution of tea garden land in the four scenarios,and obtained the optimal strategy for the change of tea garden land in 2035.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)From 2010 to 2020,the change of tea garden land in Anxi County has the characteristics of large total amount,fast growth rate and large increment.The increased tea garden land is due to the occupation of cultivated land and forest land.It is widely distributed in space,showing a distribution pattern of "more in the central and western regions and less in the east",and the distribution range is expanded,the density is increased,and the land type landscape has obvious advantages.The unsuitable area of slope distribution increased,the fragmentation degree first decreased and then increased,and the patch shape became more and more irregular.(2)In the suitability evaluation,Anxi County’s natural and social indicators and natural-society comprehensive suitability are all low in the east and high in the southwest,and the spatial distribution of natural and social conditions is highly consistent.In 2020,most of the existing tea garden land belongs to the medium and high suitable area,but there are still many tea gardens that belong to the low suitable area or even the unsuitable area.Existing tea garden land mainly has the phenomenon of too large increment,too fast growth rate and too large area.There are many tea gardens with low yield,abandoned tea gardens and unsuitable tea areas.(3)The control of land space use has a significant guiding effect on land use change and tea garden land change.In the future land use optimization simulation,the cultivated land and forest land in the general development scenario without use control are greatly reduced,and the tea garden land has occupied a large number of cultivated land and forest land,and is in a state of rapid growth;it ignores the changes in the social and economic environment and the role of policy orientation,which is inconsistent with the Reality.The food production security scenario that regulates cultivated land increases the area of cultivated land and decreases the area of forest land and tea gardens.It guarantees the quality and quantity of cultivated land under the original development trend,and fully considers the regional food production security,but does not consider the importance of regional ecological security.In the ecological protection priority scenario of forest land regulation,the forest land remains unchanged,the cultivated land area is greatly reduced,and the tea garden land is greatly increased,but the increase is smaller than that of the general development scenario.Under the original development trend,the priority is to ensure the quality and quantity of forest land,and the regional ecological security is fully considered,but the importance of regional food production security is ignored,and the area of cultivated land is greatly reduced.In the comprehensive development scenario of regulating cultivated land,forest land and tea gardens,the area of cultivated land and forest land increased more,while the area of tea gardens decreased greatly.It combines the advantages of the general development scenario,the food production security scenario and the ecological priority development scenario.It not only makes up for the shortcomings of a single scenario,but also more in line with the actual situation of future land use changes in the study area.It is an optimal simulation.It has certain scientificity and rationality,and can further provide reference for the ongoing control of land and space use in Anxi County.
