Multi-source Data Support The Dual Evaluation Research Of Municipal And County-level Land Space

The high-quality development of the society in the new era puts forward higher requirements for the discipline of planning and brings about the reform of spat ial planning system.At the same time,the vigorous development of new information technology also makes it possible to improve the efficiency and scientificity of planning.Based on planning changes and big data era as the background,the development of national spatial planning and the double evaluation and research results,combined with multi-source data support for the evaluation of basic data,optimization of city and county land and space double evaluation methods system and multi-source data application way,mainly using the subject crossing method and quantitative analysis method based on GIS spatial flowers through county land space double evaluation instance study,evaluation results verify procession of multi-source data support after the optimization of the double operability of the evaluation method system.The first chapter is the introduction.In the case of synchronous development of planning industry and new information technology,it is proposed to integrate multi-source data into China's new space planning system and China's soil spa ce dual evaluation link.Meanwhile,the research object and content are defined to carry out a research summary on the evaluation of resource and environment carrying capacity and space development suitability.The second chapter elaborates the development process and planning system characteristics of the differences between domestic and foreign land space planning systems,carries out the exploration and analysis of the dual evaluation of China's space planning system,reveals the connotation and focus changes of the dual evaluation of land space,interprets the technical guide,analyzes its advantages and disadvantages,and proposes the optimization direction.Third chapter reviewed the development of new informat ion technologies in the planning,compare the pros and cons of traditional data and multi-source data,supported by data confirmed differences multi-source data and evaluation of national spatial double corresponds to the point of view,and clear in multi-source data for listing on the evaluation of the double-for--pretreatment-fusion-building database analysis and visualization of the application process,and based on multi-source data support to optimize construction of city and county double evaluation index of regional adjustment-evaluate technology application in the database construction-evaluation-evaluation after the comprehensive analysis method of the construction of information platform system.The fourth chapter verifies the practical effect of the optimized dual evaluation method system supported by multi-source data through the case study of the dual evaluation of land space in huayuan county.This research has achieved relatively standard and perfect double-evaluation results,and verified the operability and practical role of the optimized double-evaluation method system supported by multi-source data.At last,chapter five summarizes the whole paper,expounds the innovation points of the paper,and points out the shortcomings of t he paper and the research direction that can be improved and deepened in the future.
