At present,the development of China’s land and space planning has been further deepened,and the compilation of land and space planning in various provinces and cities has reached a new height.Urban development boundary is an important means in land spatial planning,and it is also a policy tool for the government to control urban construction,accelerate urban transformation and promote stock planning.The delineation of urban development boundary plays a positive role in controlling the scale of cities,avoiding diseases in big cities and protecting urban ecology,and also has important guiding significance for the sustainable development of cities in the future.Yunnan Province has obvious mountainous areas and many bazi areas.It is of positive significance to all cities in Yunnan Province to study the influence of mountainous areas and bazi on the demarcation of urban development boundaries.This thesis takes Simao District,Pu’er City,Yunnan Province as the research object.The research scope is divided into regional scope and central urban area scope.Through analyzing and collecting the current land use and ecological construction situation,it explores how to scientifically delimit the urban development boundary of the research area.The main contents of this thesis include: First,the related research on urban development boundary at home and abroad is summarized,and the basic ideas and technical routes for delineating urban development boundary are comprehensively determined.Secondly,the means and models of demarcation of urban development boundary are comprehensively judged and analyzed,The MCR minimum cumulative resistance model is selected as the basis of urban expansion simulation,and the influencing factors are mainly elevation,slope,earthquake fault zone,water source,ecology,transportation and urban construction land,and then the comprehensive cumulative resistance surface based on MCR model is constructed to form the suitability evaluation of land space development.Thirdly,the carrying capacity of population resources in Simao District is analyzed,and the comprehensive resident population in Simao District in 2035 is obtained by combining the data of population,economy,policy and transportation in the target year,and then the urban population in Simao District in 2035 is predicted based on the urbanization rate.Fifthly,combined with the stock of urban land and the prediction results based on MCR model,the "rigid" urban development boundary of Simao District is delineated,and combined with policies and long-term development goals,the "flexible" urban development boundary of Simao District is delineated,and the urban development boundary of Simao District is comprehensively determined.The research shows that MCR model is suitable for Bazi and mountainous cities,and can basically be used as a reference for the prediction model of this type of area.The rigid boundary area of urban development in Simao District is 18314.60 hectares,of which the recent construction land area is 7330 hectares,the rigid construction area is 4756.7 hectares,and the flexible construction area is 6227.9 hectares.Through the expansion trend,it can be seen that Simao District shows the trend of the main urban area expanding to the south and west,and the expansion trend of the new town in the east of Yixiang Town is also obvious.In other township areas,it conforms to the development trend of urban expansion,and the trend of non-urban land being converted into urban construction land is obvious,thus achieving the efficient and intensive use of land.
