Study On Overall Pattern Of Land Space In Huayin City

Since 1978,the rapid development of urbanization has become a universal law of urban development in China.At the same time,it also shows that the urbanization process puts forward an urgent demand for construction land in China.The urbanization process highlights the expansion of urban space,and also makes the contradiction between agricultural space and ecological space worse.This phenomenon is closely related to the overall pattern of land space formed in the game relationship between local governments and the central government.Ecological priority decision-making is of great and universal significance in the study of current land spatial pattern,and it is also frequently referred to in government reports and relevant provisions.At the same time,in recent years,with the comprehensive development of land and space planning and the promotion of space planning pilot work,urban development boundary,as the core of urban space control,has played an important role in promoting urban intensive development.The research on the delineation of urban development boundary has become a hot issue in the planning community.However,in the context of the current territorial spatial planning,Huayin needs to balance the relationship between ecological protection and urban development from the overall spatial pattern at the global level.In order to limit the disorderly spread of Huayin city and its surrounding towns and promote the healthy development of Huayin city,the demarcation of Huayin urban development boundary has become an important means to limit its expansion.The main contents of this paper are as follows.Firstly,it introduces the development situation of Huayin City,analyzes the current problems of urban space development,summarizes the current problems of urban space,ecological space and agricultural space in Huayin City,and analyzes the core problems in the development of urban space in Huayin City.Secondly,with the help of GIS geographic spatial data analysis platform,based on the construction of ecological security level pattern in Huayin City,according to the relevant evaluation of 《Overall Land Use Planning of Huayin City(2006-2020)》 and " 《Technical Guide for Resource and Environmental Carrying Capacity and Suitability Evaluation of Land and Space Development》," the preliminary delineation of ecological protection red line and permanent basic farmland is obtained.The two are taken as the “ rigid ” bottom line constraints of Huayin ’ s future development.Thirdly,through the analysis of the suitability evaluation of urban construction,the development direction and scale of urban construction land in Huayin in the future are studied.Combined with the study of urban system,the urban development boundary of Huayin in 2035 is preliminarily delineated.Finally,the ecological space,urban space and agricultural space in Huayin City are preliminarily divided,and the basic pattern of land space in Huayin City is formed by defining the ’ three lines ’.On the basis of the basic pattern,the pattern of ecological pattern,agricultural pattern,urban and rural development pattern,historical and cultural landscape pattern and security pattern are optimized.Based on the pattern foundation and pattern optimization,the pattern of land space division and control is refined to provide reference for the future development of urban space in Huayin City.
