| In recent years,with rapid development of urbanization in China,the phenomenon of urban extension is serious,along with the embezzlement of large amounts of agricultural acreage and destruction of the urban environment,which takes great pressure on urban development in future.In 2013,the central government mentioned in the work meeting,"The development boundary of each city should be delimited as soon as possible in the future days,especially in megacities".Besides,a series of files and the meetings from the central city work conference also stressed that "Delimiting the development boundary scientifically is needed in order to control the urban spreading disorderly and propel the development of the city from outward expansion to inward promotion." Under the background of the transformation of the urban development,as an important way of managing space,the development boundary need to be mixed with concept of inventory planning and explores a proper way to delimit boundary.In conclusion,it is of great and realistic importance to study the delimitation of urban development boundary in the view of inventory planning.This study combined literature reference with field survey research in the perspective of inventory planning.On the base of traditional ways to delimit urban development boundary,we focused on the reuse of stock construction land and establish a set of approach to develop both stock and increment,which could provide references for those cities in the development of transformation.First of all,we need to unscramble the related theories about urban development boundary and stock construction land,put forward the connotation and object features of delimiting urban develoment boundary in the view of inventory planning,together with the influence of inventory planning in scale,form and time limit on delimiting urban development boundary.Secondly,according to the general guidance of delimiting urban development boundary in the view of inventory planning,we constructed the determined framework.The scale of urban development boundary was confirmed by excavating stock construction land and predicting the urban developing scale.Thirdly,influenced by the scale of stock construction land,we divided urban development boundary into three types which are capsulizing urban development boundary,adjusting urban development boundary and expanding urban development boundary and elaborated the detailed way of delimitation respectively.In the meantime,we presented integrated adjustment and flexible control of determined urban development boundary,combined with specific urban developing situation.Finally,we set Wujiang district in Suzhou as an example,and analyzed the spatial evolution and stock construction area of Wujiang district.Related to delimitation way of multiple planning integration,we summarized the delimitation of urban development boundary and examined the feasibility and availability of theoretical results. |
