Profitable Path Analysis Of Offshore Wind Construction Projects Based On Procedure Analysis

Recently,offshore wind power projects in China’s coastal provinces show a large-scale expansion trend.Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Guangdong and Fujian are focusing on the development of offshore wind power,and Tianjin,Hebei,Shanghai,Hainan and other provinces are also actively promoting the development of offshore wind power.While the information about offshore wind power projects in domestic and overseas is encouraging,the contractors involved in offshore wind power infrastructure construction and wind turbine installation are facing the awkward situation that the project benefits are much lower than expected.Based on procedure analysis,the thesis explores the profitable of offshore wind power construction projects.The thesis is from the five stages of project implementation procedure analysis,firstly,it use the way of brain storming gather project profitable obstacle influence factor,and using the way of causal analysis conclude the factors which influence the preliminary reason.Secondly,it performs a statistical analysis of the questionnaire survey to refine significant factors.Thirdly,through expert interviews and field research to demonstrate the measures of the six demonstrated significant factors,which are project planning decision-making,the terms of the contract constraints,technical resources limited,the external environment risk,stability of organization and efficiency of information systems.Fourthly,the case analysis of Q island project was conducted to verify the measures taken at each stage of the project implementation procedure for the significant factors affecting the project profitability.By causal analysis,questionnaire completed significant factor analysis in offshore wind construction project profitability analysis,through the literature research and field research in view of the significant factor of the measures to complete project profitability.The thesis sums up influence relationships between the project implementation procedure and the factors of theory,for subsequent offshore wind construction project provide theoretical reference.
