| The identification and safety evaluation of the hazardous source of the operation process before the construction of the project is an objective requirement for the enterprise to ensure the safe operation of the project,and also an important measure to promote the internal safety management of the enterprise.In order to accurately judge the level of hazardous sources of each operation process under the condition of consuming the least amount of human and material resources,and to formulate reasonable safety operation safeguard measures,under the two methods of literature reading and on-site investigation,the six operational processes involved in the construction project of wind power company A are optimized and improved,improve the ability of enterprises to identify hazardous sources,and conduct a comprehensive safety evaluation of the operation process,the main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the time-ability and uncertainty of wind power construction projects to optimize the identification method of hazards involved in the operation process,the use of MLEC-entropy right method to calculate the hazard level of hazards,found that the risk of dangerous sources is high,indicating that the identified wind power hazard sources are significant The hazard source is simplified according to the hazard source attribute and process hazard source level by rough set(RS)theory,and the risk source simplicity and prediction model based on RS-SVM are constructed according to the support vector machine(SVM)model.It is found that the hazard level of all job operations is at a moderate level,and 6 of the 22 hazard attributes in the identification system can be simply simplified,and the hazard attributes after simplying can still accurately determine the hazard of the job operation.(2)According to the theory of coupling correlation,the improvement of safety evaluation of the operation process of A construction project,starting from the three control indicators of personnel,technology and management,explores the intrinsic relationship between the evaluation coefficient of hazard source,and finds that the risk source control coefficient of dangerous source with high risk source evaluation coefficient is higher,the coupling correlation of internal operation process is higher than that of external process,and the training of personnel at the construction project site is strengthened according to the evaluation results,the technical level of operation and the inspection of equipment are improved.Building a perfect institutionalized identification process is the key work to reduce the dangerous level of the operation process.All in all,it is simple and effective to use the improved job condition risk identification method to determine the hazard risk factor of the operation process,in which the machine learning algorithm realizes the simplicity of the hazard source attribute and obtains the core evaluation hazard source,while the coupling correlation model evaluates the hazard level and control measures of the operation process,realizes the comprehensive evaluation of the operation process,and has practical significance for the safe operation and safety management of the construction project of the wind power enterprise. |
