At present,the traditional building mode is rapidly transforming into a prefabricated building mode,and the prefabricated component factory is the front node of the assembly building industry supply chain.As an emerging industry,the design and operation of prefabricated component plants is a key prerequisite for achieving high efficiency,high quality production and distribution of fabricated building components.Lean design can help prefabricated component factories eliminate waste and improve production efficiency from the source.Therefore,it is undoubtedly a key issue to build a lean design solution for prefabricated component factories and evaluate the implementation effect.Considering of the above problems,this thesis explores and constructs the lean design theory framework from the perspective of fabricated architecture,and discusses the lean design and lean design evaluation of prefabricated components.The details are as follows:(1)Summarize the current situation of China’s construction industry,raise the existing problems and systematically sort out the research results of plant facility layout design and lean design.Based on the existing conclusions,this thesis proposes the research direction of this thesis.The theory is discussed and laid the foundation for the later lean design research.(2)Taking lean thought as the guiding ideology and axiomatic theory as the guiding method,based on the characteristics of the prefabricated component factory,the theoretical framework of lean design of prefabricated component factory is constructed,based on“zero waiting,high flexibility,high value,low defect"."The functional characteristics,from the logistics system,buffer area,equalization,TPM four aspects of the prefabricated component plant lean design research.(3)In this thesis,the prefabricated component factory lean design evaluation index system is constructed from the four perspectives of capital,delivery,production and improvement.Then the weight of the index is determined by AHP-DEMATEL method,and the final result is obtained by the improved TOPSIS method.In the end,a prefabricated component factory as an example to verify the rationality and feasibility of the lean design evaluation index system.
