Preliminary Study On Construction And Design Of Multistory Construction Of Reinforced Concrete Prefabricated Assembly Frame Structure

Precast Concrete(PC building)is a Concrete structure formed through the steps of maintenance,transportation,hoisting,connection and combination with cast-in-place section through factory production components.Prefabricated building is the future development direction of building industrialization,in line with the concept of green building.Prefabricated construction in our country is still at the initial stage of development,there is biggish difference with the traditional structure of cast-in-situ construction,its design and construction are also very different from traditional architecture,each link between the project running in coordination,design process more by cast-in-place structure design first,and then split prefabricated,ignore the standardized design train of thought,less consider the design of production,construction integration thought.Up to now,there is still no national standard or standard,and construction workers lack experience.Due to my contact and participation in a large number of prefabricated assembly project design during working hours,I was lucky enough to participate in the "Jiangning branch park of southeast university kindergarten" of Jiangning economic development zone of Nanjing city as a practical case project.In this paper,the construction and design methods of prefabricated concrete frame buildings are summarized from the aspects of prefabricated assembly planning,standardized design,component splitting and component joint connection through horizontal comparison based on specific project practice and the characteristics of frame structures.With practice of the kindergarten project of southeast university as an example,through comparing summarize research project engineering design experience,based on the current specification and construction standards of the state,further study of similar precast project in the engineering design method,the purpose is to sum up the characteristics of precast frame structure system,and then summarizes the design experience of similar projects and methods,impact on similar projects,strive to design for readers and researchers in precast similar frame structure project,provide a can access and operation of the guiding significance of information integration.
