With the rapid progress of urbanization and industrialization in China,the status of the construction industry in the national economy has become increasingly prominent.However,due to the problems of large environmental pollution and low construction efficiency due to the traditional construction mode,it has been unable to meet the rapid development of China’s construction market and the need for environmental and resource protection.Assembling construction mode is the only way to realize the transformation and upgrading of the building industry and has been vigorously promoted by the country.In this context,a large number of construction companies plan to carry out assembly-type projects,in particular to establish prefabricated component plants to seize market development opportunities.However,in the process of project establishment,companies lack systematic analysis and positioning of the market and their own level of construction,and ignore or lack the overall lifecycle management enhancements such as project design and operations,resulting in a higher production and operating costs of the project.High,not only causes the company’s profit rate to decline,but also causes the high cost of assembly-type construction mode,which restricts the development of assembly-type construction mode.Therefore,in view of the many problems existing in the project analysis and project establishment process of construction companies,this thesis uses the methods and theories such as SOWT analysis,lean production,and analytic hierarchy process to do the research.So,the main research contents of this article include the following aspects:(1)Feasibility Analysis of Prefabricated Component Factory Project of Construction Enterprises.When a traditional construction enterprise starts a prefabricated component plant project,it needs to conduct a systematic analysis of its own enterprise capabilities and its market to ensure the feasibility of the project.To this end,the SWOT analysis theory and method are used to build a project feasibility analysis framework,with Y construction companies as the specific research object,to analyze the feasibility of the company’s component plant project development,and to enhance the investment results.(2)Prefabrication plant project lean analysis of the overall model.There are many types of prefabricated components,and the production process and the corresponding production lines are different.It is necessary to use lean production theory and methods to construct a lean model that meets their characteristics.Therefore,based on the analysis of the products and scale of the prefabricated component plant,the production process and production line characteristics of the component product are analyzed,and the lean manufacturing theory and method are used to construct the lean design and operation model of the component plant project.Facilities planning and layout,production line evaluation,etc.(3)Analysis of lean design and operation of prefabricated plant projects for Y construction companies.Based on the lean construction model of the component factory project,taking the Y construction company as a case,the lean analysis of its site selection,functional area determination and layout,production line selection,and production operations was conducted to clarify the lean factors and the lean implementation path.In particular,for the production line selection,the selection analysis is performed using the analytic hierarchy process.Therefore,not only the validity of the model is verified,but also the lean model of the component plant project is further refined and refined.
