| In recent years,with the rapid development of prefabricated buildings,more and more attention has been paid to its quality.The construction process is the key link that affects the quality of prefabricated construction,and the component installation quality is the key factor of construction quality control.But in the process of component installation,the quality problems of component installation occur frequently due to the many constraints of component installation quality and the difficulty of quality control.Therefore,It is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the influencing factors and control measures of component installation quality.The research,taking prefabricated building components installation as the research object,improved PFMEA and fishbone diagram are used to analyze the factors affecting the installation quality of concrete components in prefabricated buildings,and Entropy Weight Method(EWM)and Grey Relation Analysis(GRA)are used to identify the factors affecting the installation quality of concrete components in prefabricated buildings.In order to improve the existing quality control mode and improve the quality control level of precast concrete component installation,a lean control scheme of precast concrete component installation quality is explored by means of information technology and lean production scheme.Firstly,through the practice research of prefabricated construction projects,it collects the supervision notice,quality self-inspection report,quality problem ledger,quality regular meeting minutes and other written documents of each project,sorts out the quality problems existing in the process of component installation.The improved PFMEA is used to analyze the severity,frequency,detection degree,risk sequence number and risk priority of the installation quality problems of concrete components in prefabricated buildings.Combined with the spider diagram,From different dimensions,it is concluded that the typical quality problems in the component installation stage include six main quality problems in the two stages of component hoisting and joint connection,such as the substandard installation of cantilevering component,the incomplete grouting of joint,and the cracks of composite slab concrete.On this basis,through literature research and quality-related parties investigation,fishbone diagram is used to sort out and summarize the factors affecting the main quality problems from personnel,materials,management methods and other aspects,so as to build the set of factors affecting the main quality problems.Secondly,the influence degree of each influencing factor is investigated as the basis for the follow-up research.The entropy and weight of each influencing factor is analyzed by EWM,and the proportion of each influencing factor for the main quality problems of concrete component installation in prefabricated buildings is obtained.Then,GRA is used to study the correlation between influencing factors and quality problems,analyze the degree of influence between influencing factors and quality problems,and determine the key reasons leading to the installation quality of precast concrete components.On this basis,the component quality control requirements are analyzed,which lays a foundation for the construction of precast concrete components installation quality control program.Thirdly,According to the analysis of component installation quality causes and control needs,the lean control scheme of component installation quality is proposed by means of information technology and combining with lean production theory and method,in order to strengthen personnel management of component installation process,standardize component installation process,monitor component installation quality and improve quality management level.Finally,an example application of the lean control scheme for component installation quality is carried out based on the H housing project in Jinan City.The preliminary application results show that the lean control scheme for component installation quality can improve the quality management level of component installation and guarantee the quality of component installation to some extent. |
