In the face of severe market competition and management changes,the focus of the enterprise has gradually shifted to the two aspects of strategic direction and talent training.especially focusing on the cultivation and development of leadership.Leadership development and promotion is the core issues that most enterprises facing.As a new type of management training method,action learning is a learning method with a certain innovative significance and an important measure for developing leadership.This method has been verified by the practice of well-known foreign companies and state-owned enterprises,and has played an important role in enhancing leadership.Faced with severe challenges such as fierce competition in the international market and limited domestic market space,Q Company must make every effort to promote transformation and upgrading,connotative development,accelerate the leadership of middle and high-level managers,and quickly train a group of high-quality and comprehensive talents.In this context,Q Company considers introducing action learning methods in leadership training.Through the application of action learning methods,it changes the mental and behavioral patterns of middle and senior leaders,thereby enhancing the company’s overall effectiveness and organizational capabilities.Based on the relevant theories of action learning and leadership,this paper takes Q’s middle and senior leaders as research objects,investigates and analyzes the problems existing in Q company leadership training by using the methods of questionnaire survey and Behavior Event Interview,conducts research and analysis on the company’s leadership training programs.The purpose of this paper is to further validate the effectiveness of action learning in promoting corporate leadership,and to summarize the roles,steps and key points of action learning application.On this basis,the problems and difficulties in the development process are analyzed,and the relevant countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.The purpose is to explore and improve a new model of state-owned enterprise leadership training based on action learning.Enhance the competitiveness of middle and senior leaders in manufacturing equipment enterprises.This has the higher reference significance to the same industry and other enterprises to carry out the leadership training program efficiently.
