Research On Leadership Improvement Path Of YW Enterprise Leaders

In the increasingly fierce market competition,leadership plays an increasingly prominent positive role in the development of enterprises,and the improvement of leadership is increasingly valued and respected by the enterprise.This paper is based on YW enterprise leadership improvement research.First,on the basis of relevant theories,the three elements of leadership--character,behavior and ability--are subdivided into 15 specific indicators,and a questionnaire is designed.Through the analysis of the evaluation results of employees in YW enterprise and further communication,the prominent problems in the leadership of the enterprise leader were found.Furthermore,a series of leadership theories such as leadership characteristics theory,leadership behavior theory and leadership contingency theory are comprehensively applied to analyze the main causes of the problems.Finally,by referring to the effective experience of successful leaders at home and abroad in solving the same type of problems,and in connection with the reality of YW enterprise,this paper proposes the leadership improvement plan of YW enterprise leaders,and establishes the leadership improvement path of "two character improvement+two behavior improvement+three ability improvement".That is,through reading Chinese classics and learning from successful business concepts to shape and improve the character elements of leadership.It emphasizes that business leaders should not act arbitrarily and be above others.It emphasizes that only with"altruistic heart" and "what is right as a person" can enterprise leaders get sincere support and support from employees and subordinates.Through the implementation of the strategy of "enterprise development by talents" and unimpeded funding channels to enhance the behavioral elements of leadership.Among them,the purpose of implementing the strategy of "developing enterprises by talents" is to tap the potential of employees and create an environment that keeps people at the heart of the enterprise.The ability to improve leadership by grasping innovation drivers,keeping an eye on market indicators,and cultivating contrarian thinking.In particular,in line with the characteristics of The Times,it illustrates the important driving role of making good use of Internet thinking and carrying forward craftsman spirit in innovation,emphasizes the importance of adhering to the market-oriented and customer-centric approach to enterprise development in the market economy environment,and puts forward the phased strategic adjustment to help enterprises effectively avoid risks.This paper puts forward the path of leadership improvement for YW enterprise leaders,which has a positive impact on their market competitiveness.At the same time,it also has reference value for the leadership improvement of other similar enterprise leaders.
